Stayed for a night following a company Christmas party. The room fine, beds were comfy and the temperature was just right. Although I found outside the room was quite noisey in the morning. The bar has a pretty unassuming selection of booze, 3 types of lager, one stout, and Boddingtons. Would have been nice to have some of the fantastic...

Don't bother if you're paying for it yourself; you can easily find much more pleasant, more conveniently located, more atmospheric, and generally more efficient hotels anywhere. Having stayed here on average 10 times a year, for the past 4 years, on business, I've seen it go from average to poor. If you love motorway services, you'll feel right at home-...

Stayed 2 nights for a conference. Refreshments were poorly stocked and awful selection - cherryade, limeade and cream soda to drink alongside tea or coffee. The food at lunch and tea was either dry or very oily although the lunchtime desserts were very good. Also issue with portion control as some meals at tea were huge, and others of the...

Stayed overnight on Remembrance Sunday as a treat on an online offer including evening meal and breakfast. The leisure facilities were not great, the Jacuzzi was out of order (supposedly because the Chlorine levels were too high) and the steam room was no more than tepid even though it was a quiet time so no-one could be blamed for leaving...

We stayed here after going to a friends wedding which was local to the area. It's very much a conference hotel rather than a romantic venue. Wouldn't recommend for couples. Rooms were clean and tidy, no mini bar or hairdryer in the room. The corridors we very noisy and had to listen to a newborn baby crying all night which...

There was some issue with the keys at check in but that's not major - however for a travelling business stay the food, wifi & attention to detail isn't great (the room service number was different in two different reference materials). Average would sum up everything else - but at least the bed was comfortable. If you can get in...

The conference rooms are good, refreshment facilities quite poor but free. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the biggest let down was the quality of the food, most plates of food were over cooked and dry, some weren't very hot. Apple crumble was good. Limited selection of beers, no ale at all.

Excellent venue top class room albeit a trek to the bar etc but it was comfortable and kept clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and willing and eager to help. A car is needed as it is in the middle of nowhere but adjacent to the Swindon outlet centre

A last minute extra night's stay on our trip to the Midlands, allowing us to enjoy the journey and see the Cotswolds in their Autumn colours. The hotel was well up to our expectations with all of the facilities that you would expect from a 4 star conference hotel. Food was good but the service form the staff was really...

Nice hotel in quiet setting, Very clean, friendly staff, good food. Only disappointment was that the Jacuzzi was not working although the pool was very nice as was the sauna and steam room. Judging by previous reviews I think the Jacuzzi has been out of order for some time.
