Stayed in this hotel last year. Had my children’s mini suitcase stolen with their iPad and tablet in. Spoke to TUI rep. She took my details. She was adamant it wouldn’t be a Greek as she had been married to one 20 years and it’s not in their nature. Then today the iPad has been located at the hotel with notification being sent to my phone. I have rang the hotel and the lady told me they are closed. I explained that clearly a member of staff has my iPad then if it’s closed. She just said what do you expect me to do.

Spent a week here, death by smoke inhalation as the guests in the next room had no consideration for anybody else but themselves. We did point this out but nothing was done about it. At one point we thought it was a rematch of Mayweather vs McGregor when the married man who doesn't want a divorce but a bit on the side, he trashed the hotel room and put his fist through the front door. The food was very bland not much to the imagination, it wasn't very enjoyable at all. Damien behind the bar was brilliant very efficient and very good at his job. A couple of the girls very pleasant, and very helpful. We needed a late check out the best we could have was a fifteen minute slot each in a self catering chalet racing against time no air conditioning. We were willing to pay for a day in an air conditioned room like the one we checked out of in the morning. This hotel gives you no privacy whatsoever as bathrooms are very acoustic and not very healthy as those that smoke in their rooms goes through to the next room. Asked if I would recommend this hotel? Certainly not barbecued wasps are a speciality..

me and my son came here the last week of the season the staff are very friendly and helpful we arrived late evening and was allicated a room at the back of the hotel facing the car park but the following morning it wasn't a problem to get moved to a room at the front facing the nice swimming pool no extra charge The room was large and clean but does need updating the furniture quite old but it was ok for us as you don't stay in your room all day we took a kettle and coffee as there was none in the room and we like a cupps before breakfast the maids came daily to clean the room and the sheets were change after 3 days the shower was nice and hot Now the food well what can I say it wasn't the best a bit hit and miss breakfast was the best meal of the day you got tea coffee juice there was a toaster for the bread different cereals jam marmalade you could have yogurt honey a salad bar where they where salad cheese meat and a hot breakfast section boiled eggs bacon scrambled eggs fried eggs sausage beans and these fried mini doughnut' balls coated in a syrup which was very nice lunch and dinner wasn't the best in fact it was quite disgusting and we ate out most evening but for the price of what the holiday cost we wasn't complaining you do get what you pay for I believe the beach wasn't the best but ok but there is a few nice one just a bus ride away we went to lindos for the day which is a must a beautiful place and Rhodes town again lovely in the evening the hotel had a singer on while we was there which again was ok you get a choice of 5 cocktail in the all inclusive package which was drinkable but in plastic cups and wasn't very much in the way of snack in the afternoon a few biscuits but like I said it was a cheap week in the sun so eating out wasn't a problem if you wont a cheap week in the sun nice basic hotel with lovely staff and lovely management this is the place for you and it was still quite warm in the day 25 deg for the 7th of October not bad

Could be a reallynice hotel if the bedroom/kitchette was upgraded, rooms very basic tired and very old. The rest of the hotel great for the price paid , location not good as most local beaches belong to hotels, apart ftom that we had a good holiday, car hire make visiting places a lot easier.

This hotel was great quality of food was lovely there wasn't a huge variety as it's only small but there was always good food! Some nights they done bbq's which were incredible! Drink quality was good, there was only entertainment 4/7 nights but that didn't bother us we loved it anyway! Bar staff are friendly always remember your order, not close to much else but it's nice to have a quiet hotel where you can pay £10 in a taxi and go to faliraki if you really want to Overall clean and nice hotel would return again!

1.The Hotel is very far from the beach(also the road leading to the beach is very inconvenient for walking. 2. Our room did not have a window. Also, it didn't have air conditioning, so it felt like we were living in a basement. Beds were uncomfortable. 3. Despite the fact, the food was all inclusive the place where we were eating looked and smelled like the cheapest food court. There was not much choice in food and everything looked not eatable. 4. There is no free wifi, you can only use wifi near reception after paying extra money. 5. The administration was very rude and disrespectful. If there is anything that they can charge for they will charge. You have to py checking out late, etc. We will never visit that place again and as an honest advice will not wish anyone to stay there.

We were a group of 3 adults and stayed in October 2017. We arrived too late for All Inclusive but were efficiently checked in and directed to our rooms. As it was so late in the season the local restaurants were closed that late. However there was a well stocked and reasonably priced vending machine in the lobby that catered for immediate needs. We booked one of the Studios, apart from the hotel which was bearable but only worth it is you need the 4 beds. The next morning we were informed that the Studios were closing for the last week and we were moved to the main hotel, which turned out to be much better. If you want peace and quiet, the side facing away from the main road is more peaceful. Room was simply furnished but we all found the beds to be very comfortable. Bathroom all worked and lots of hot water. For some reason I got lots of Mozzie bites which is unusual for me, might just have been the time of year, but bought some spray from the local store that sorted it out at night. The hotel itself is quite Concretey with a fair number of steps but clean and tidy. Food.... Yes the choice is somewhat limited at times, but I always found something I liked, one of my travelling companions found it more difficult but they are rather fussy. Quality of the food was generally very good. Drinks were fine and plentiful, Lager was self service during the day and a barman was on duty either at the pool or main bar for Wine / Cocktails etc. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit too far for most people to walk to Rhodes Town of Faliraki, but there are buses and car hire is reasonable with good roads. There is a shop at the bottom of the hill that is well stocked and opens reasonably late along with a few local bars and restaurants. The local beach is nice and about 10 minutes walk. As we were there the last 2 weeks of the season the entertainment petered out on the second week, but we were otherwise looked after well. I would say that this hotel is best suited to couples and small adult groups looking for a relaxing break. A hire car can be arranged through the hotel. I bought a large Data allowance for my phone before leaving the UK (6GB) this lasted the whole fortnight and even allowed for someone to keep up to date with their Soap on Iplayer. It was really very good value for money.

Booked this holiday last minute and got a good deal. We were bit concerned after reading the reviews but we shouldn't have worried. The rooms are a bit outdated but we has a nice 2 bedroomed apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool on one side and a sea view on the other. The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. I'd broken bone in my foot a couple of days before going out (I didn't realise at the time!) and Sam at the pool bar supplied me with ice packs to help with the swelling. The food was standard all inclusive buffet food but there wasn't a day we couldn't find anything we liked. The AI drinks were OK. The hotel is set in lovely gardens with loads of space and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. It is in a good location, a short distance from the local shops and bus stops to Rhodes town or to the south of the Island. The only negative is I don't think it is very suitable for people with mobility issues due to the stairs. All in all we had a lovely break and would recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing holiday with access to local bus routes and amenities. Would we return - definitely. Looking into going back next year.

Really nice hotel in a good location close to Kalithea shops and restaurants and on the bus route to Rhodes town. The rooms are spacious if a bit run down . the cleaning was excellent and the laundry change every two days. Food is buffet with a nice selection of both local dishes and the usual chips, pizza etc. overall good value.

Another fantastic 2 weeks thanks to Vagelis the manager, Lefteris and his team in the restaurant, Damian in the bar and Tsampico at the pool bar. Once again the whole package was everything we could have hoped for and will certainly be back again next year all going well. David and Frances, Scotland
