Very nice resort. Plenty of space. Friendly staff. Cleaning is done in proper way and food is tasty. At time we stayed there were enough beds at the pool. Only one minus: pool is bot heated, resulting in a pool that is barely 20degrees in octobre We will surely come back
During our tenth annual stay we spent tome in the Mare Palace and the Horizon Royal.. the whole complex is wonderful. I failed to thank the wonderful Eleni and George at the Aphrodite Pool bar in my review of the Horizon Royal. They are so friendly and looked after us wonderfully during our three week stay. We cannot thank them enough! We are looking forward to seeing them again next year already! Bravo both X
Everything starting from the room, through delicious food and great facilities are on the highest level. I highly recommend that hotel for stay. You can rely on every member of staff who are really dedicated to his work.
We stayed here for 2 weeks from july 27 until august 11. The room was nice and clean, the housekeeping is very friendly and professional and definitely deserves more credit. The staff overall is just wonderfull and they truly care about the guests holiday experience. The restaurant was, although always a bit busy and chaotic, perfectly fine, the food that comes out of the kitchen at this hotel is just amazing. As is the bar, where we went to happy hour every single day. One thing that is absolutely obvious is that the staff at the bar and restaurant are very overworked, putting just 2 people on a terrace to serve a couple hundred people is just simply cruel to the people who work there, who obviously put their heart and soul in their work. This all knowing that these people are all very underpaid. So my message to the hotel managers is: crank your worker salary up by A LOT, or hire more people to help out. They deserve it. Also shout out to Tsampika at the beach bar! She's just the sweetest person.…
Due to low number of reservation (Covid) we were moved to Horizon Royal and got sea view room! That was perfect. I asked in the reception prior arrival for touristic bed for our babyboy and a kettle so everything was ready when we arrived. We had a really good contact with Dora - lady in Baby Club, she has very good English skills and very good communication with Kids and parents. Breakfast was 7-10 and dinner 18.30-21.30. We had HB option. For luch I reccomned Greek Gyros with Pita in Roc Beach Bar 4,5 euro. We had really good time!
