In regards to your comment on the log-in procedure for our Wi-Fi, we would like to inform you, that our guests have several options available which are by either using Facebook or a Gmail account or by using our pre-fixed passwords that are handed out from our reception team. We assure you that as of this year we use a pair of fiber optics providing a bandwidth of 250 Mbps which is a reliable and fast connection. However, in cases of continues downloading excessive amounts of data, the connection might be interrupted and you, therefore, require to enter a new password. Furthermore, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that was caused to you by the absence of hot water. We assure you however that this has been an isolated case and our involved department has been informed about this matter in order to investigate and avoid such occurrences in the future. We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the service provided by our staff at the pool and we assure you that will be following up with the involved departments. In regards to your comment on or policy for changing the beach towels, we would like to kindly state that at Rodos Palladium we are truly concerned about our environmental responsibility and implement procedures according to ISO 14000. Because of our eco-friendly policy, we have decided to charge a minimum fee to those guests who wish to change their used towels during the same day in order to increase the environmental awareness and reduce unnecessary environmental impacts. As for your comment about our prices being expensive we would kindly like to inform you that our prices for all our food and beverages products are on the same level with the other 5 star hotels in the Eurozone of the Mediterranean. Furthermore, our prices reflect the high level of quality of the products and services we offer. Furthermore, we do understand that our dress code might raise some issues to our guests, however, as our hotel is not a club hotel, we host numerous nationalities and thus our dress code reflects our respect to different cultural backgrounds. Please be assured that we always try to fulfill our guest wishes and room requests, especially in the case of families who wish their rooms to be next to each other. However, this is subject to availability and a matter of the hotel’s occupancy at the present time. Please allow me also to assure you that that on our official website as well as with all online travel agents and tour operators with whom we cooperate, we have provided detailed information about the precise location and distance of our hotel in relation to the closest towns which is just 4Km from Faliraki and 8km from Rhodes town. Finally, we are sorry to read that you experienced some issues with the air condition in your room and assure you that in such cases our maintenance team is always at our guest disposal.
