I have been lucky enough to visit the Rodos Palladium 3 times this year (after having visited in previous years) twice have been on solo visits and my recent one with my parents who have been going there for 19 years. The hotel is situated on the beach and is set in the perfect location allowing you either a walk down to Faliraki or a visit to Rhodes old town by either taxi, bus or the sea shuttle (boat - runs on certain days and the pick up point is on the beach a few yards from the hotel). There is also a car hire hub in the hotel if you wish to venture a little further and explore…which is a must for this beautiful island. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are so bright. They are cleaned everyday to exceptional standards by an amazing team. All rooms have aircon with different settings, mini fridge, digital safe, hairdryer, flatscreen tvs & tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a main restaurant which is open for breakfast 07:00-10:30 (10:00-10:30 is continental) and then in an evening it is open 18:30 - 21:15 where you can either sit inside or outside, which I’d definitely recommend. There is also the beach bar and the pool bar open throughout the daytime, serving food and drinks, with an option for takeaway & also a great excuse for a cheeky cocktail on the beach. Also, on the grounds of the hotel is the Thalassa restaurant which overlooks the beach and sea, where they serve salad, pasta, pizza & seafood dishes. The hotel caters for all dietary requirements and any questions will be looked after by the executive chef, who I saw myself answering questions or walking guests around who had requirements. The hotel has entertainment on every night, which is weather dependent on if it is held inside at the hotels main Mythos bar or down at the beach bar or on the main stage. But they have everything from Greek dancing, live singing from the Time Machine Band & Disco night as well as many others acts/artists. There’s also the Harmany and Bonus loyalty scheme to sign up to and the more times you go to this hotel, then your points build up where you receive more benefits. I for one enjoyed a free drink, a massage and a meal at the Thalassa restaurant, so really worth it. Nothing is too much for the staff who go above and beyond in making sure your holiday is perfect. Every single member of staff in the hotel are just so friendly, lovely and welcoming. Lastly, this hotel is a must, especially if you like your solo holidays and safety is a priority. I am already looking forward to getting back next year after having booked again…although with 4 weeks left of this season then maybe I still have time for one more visit…😁…
I would like to say thank you very much to restaurant, specialy to Mr.Kostas who make my stays more healthy and comfortable. Also a special thanks to Marie and Stephanie from Guest Relations - both are the best. The management of the hotel should take care of them because they are really professionals and very nice people - that why the clients will be back on your hotel and will spread the best information. Thank you
Awesome hotel. Literally every member of staff went above and beyond to help make our stay a truly 5 star experience. Plenty of quality choice at breakfast and dinner. Position was perfect, bus stop outside or a short 20 euro taxi ride to the old town. Hotel was quiet. We had the most relaxing chilled holiday. Recommend the beach bar for a cocktail and the spa for a massage. Not many hotels get everything right, but this one does.
I stayed at this hotel during my vacation last September for four nights. The hotel itself is clean and maintained and looks reasonable, but... there are a number of things you should know: Air conditioners in the rooms - it is not possible to adjust the temperature so that it is either very cold or not at all. Room service: very poor. Soap and shampoo are in a dispenser container and not a personal vial and no one bothers to refill every day. Slow room service Breakfast: very basic, not even coffee from a machine! Only after we specifically asked did they do us a favor and brought us from the kitchen. At exactly 10 o'clock they close the coffee machine and you can't ask for more even though breakfast is until 11. When we turned to the manager of the dining room he waved us off and gave us a disparaging answer. In general, the awareness of the service is poor. We will not return unfortunately. There are much better quality hotels around.…
A great experience all around: friendly and helpful staff, good size rooms, everything is clean and well-maintained, good gym, FANTASTIC food. This was our 2nd visit, we enjoyed the stay very much and will return next year.

After so many years we spend vacation there everything is always perfect. Breakfast superb as well as quality of food in all the dedicated areas. There has been a change in the management of the beach and it was not as at level as it use to be but I am sure it will be solved by next year. They spoiled us with perfection and this is what we expect from that beautiful resort! Asking whether we will come back? Of course yes!
