I joined a Brasilian group for this my first visit to this town and hotel.
The hotel is Japanese owned and as a result many Japanese who live in Brasil visit here.
The rooms are a good size--clean and modern with good linen/towels.
Restaurant was low profile--freshly made products and throughout the hotel excellent service.
I found an amazing highlight in the bathroom--there is no HOT water in the hand basin and no plug to hold water.
As a result new guests simply let the water run and run waiting for the arrival of the hot water which never comes.--wasting throughout the year millions of litres of water.
Why at checkin are guests not told of this strange situation ? More
