When I checked in they accidentally used my card twice and charged me almost 1000 Euro too much. When I asked them to repay the money (since they never noticed that mistake themselves) they refused to cover the bank fees of 30 Euro. The hotel itself is ok, but the kitchen had basically no items, so if you are counting on using that kitchen you prob. need to bring a lot of utensils yourself.

Ich habe im Stellaris vor einigen Jahren bereits einige Tage gelebt. Das war langfristig geplant und deshalb problemlos. Wenn man aber als Geschäftsmann kurzfristig reagieren muss, ist dieses Aparthotel leider völlig ungeeignet, da man hier absolut unflexibel auf Änderungen reagiert.

Eigenbezeichnung: Appartement-Hotel - ich fange mal mit dem Positiven an: Schöne ruhige Zimmer, nicht sehr groß aber modern und funktional eingerichtet: Hinreichend Schrankraum, am Schreibtisch kann man gut arbeiten, der Stuhl passt dazu, sinnvoll plazierte Steckdosen (alles keine Selbstverständlichkeiten), Badezimmer ohne Fenster, aber ansonsten völlig ok. Frühstück ok (aber auch nicht mehr). U-Bahn-Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür und wer die happigen Hotel-Parkgebühren nicht zahlen mag findet schräg gegenüber den P&R-Parkplatz (0,50€ / 24h). Aber: Die Webseite verspricht Kaffeemaschine und Heißwasserbereiter, wer jetzt an aus angelsächsischen Hotels gewohnte Gastlichkeit denkt wird allerdings enttäuscht - Kaffee usw. müssen an der (nicht durchgehend geöffneten) Rezeption gekauft werden. War 2 Nächte da, Zimmer/Badezimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, Papierkörbe wurden nicht geleert usw. (Clevere Mit-Gäste, die das wohl schon kannten, stellten deswegen Tüten mit Fastfood-Resten in den Hotelflur ...) Der Oberhammer was das Check-In: Wir kamen mit ca. 20 Leuten etwa zeitgleich an und jede:r muss zwei Zettel ausfüllen - Meldezettel mit Privatanschrift (ok, ist in Bayern so) und Zettel mit (Firmen-)Rechnungsadresse (war zwar bei der Buchung per E-Mail schon übermittelt worden, aber irgendwie nicht durchgedrungen). Nun könnte man ja denken, dass 20 Leute die je 2 Zettel kriegen, sich in die geräumige Lobby setzen und sie parallel ausfüllen. Dies entsprach offenbar nicht der Dienstvorschrift der beiden sichtlich überforderten Rezeptionsmitarbeiter: Jede:r musste einzeln zu Mitarbeiter 1 vortreten, bekam die beiden Zettel, durfte sie an der Rezeption unter Aufsicht ausfüllen und dann bei Mitarbeiter 2 die Kreditkarte vorlegen und die Zugangskarte entgegen nehmen. Ergebnis: 45 Minuten Wartezeit. "Selten so gelacht."…

only small negative thing were that room temperature was higher than I wanted, even I disconnected heater, so I usually opened window when I stayed in room. Small kitchen and good shower. Breakfast was simple but enough + good coffee. Very clean hotel and near Metro stop, about 10 euros whole day pass to city central and back. one way trip 7e.
