Our experience at hotel Schneeberg has been over all very good. Everything is planned for families. Food, services, room, entertainment... The experience you have is very similar to a tourist resort or a cruise. The hotel is literally massive. Therefore, you are not gonna find here a particular quiet. I want to say that waiters are very friendly and try...

I have to say this place was absolutely fantastic for family's . The staff were helpful and very obliging, on arrival we were given an upgrade to a larger room, which was great. There a so many things for a young family to do here. A week seemed to short. We stayed full board and really enjoyed the variety you...

This is a huge hotel industry with enormous capacity for thousands of guests. It's a matter of taste whether you like these places or not. It's quite regimented in so far as you are alloted a table that is yours for the duration of your stay. The food is good, but you have to choose what you want the night...

It is a bit more complicated to get to by public transport. It is easiest if you are driving, and there is enough parking space. The spa facilities are lovely, with a nice variety, especially in the family aqua park. If you are there with children, they will find a lot of fun things to do. If you prefer a...

We went there on the central two weeks of august 2015, and we experienced 7 days of rain out of ten. However, this is the place to be with so much rain, as you can exploit the 8.000 sqm of spa, the pools, the slides, the massage, saunas, kids playground, gyms, exceteras. Being the the weather so rainy, Schneeberg is...

Spa area was great, several different pools and relax zones. With the new water slides it is super fun for kids and also for adults. Food selection was good and high quality and the service (waitress Anna) was very friendly and always trying to help. Our room was the only disappointment. It was just under the roof and we always...

What a hotel! What a food! What an environment! What a friendly staff! Almost every day, you can join a 3 hour trip in the nearby mountains. There are swimming pools inside and outside. The new yellow and blue slider were just opened, and are fantastic. The hotel is big, but due to the intriguing (urban) design, it feels small....

The hotel is in a fantastic location for outdoor activities. The room, food, and spa facilities were in top notch order. Our waiter, Vincenzo, was fantastic. He spoke perfect English! Definitely recommended for all occasions.

This hotel is a perfect example of the great quality in service and hospitality received by the holiday structures in the souther Tyrol region. The hotel is very clean and the restaurant serves traditional Italian/Tyrolean dishes with a very high quality. Swimming pool gym and wellness area are at the top. The hotel also provides equipment and organization for various...
