Stopped on our way down to Cornwall for lunch. Staff were lovely and the food was great. Made welcome and our dogs were spoilt rotten by everyone. A real find a well worth a trip. Plenty of car parking made it easy to spend time there.

I just stayed for 2 nights at this lovely inn situated in Launceston town centre. Visited with holiday group of 14 after phoning first. Dined at a large table in their function room. Efficient service, good range of local ales, friendly staff, prices competitive. The steaks were excellent - nicely seared and rare inside ( as requested).

The carvery is really excellent. The best I have had for a long time. There is a great choice of veg and as a veggie I can throughly recommend the nut roast which is very tasty. My husband and friends had carvings from the various joints on offer which they said just fell off the bone. The staff are welcoming...
