An absolutley lovely 2 nights stay @ Beechgrove. Very relaxed & good value. Jane & Richard were excellent hosts & the breakfast(s) were FANTASTIC! We were down to Cornwall for a good friends 60th on the Saturday (15th August,2015), so travelled down on the Friday. Would definitely recommend a visit. `How kind to take the trouble to post a review and remember your visit after so long, when you have clearly had other things to occupy you. It is much appreciated and we wish you well and hope you make a full and speedy recovery - Jane and Richard More

Jane was wonderfully welcoming and informative, and the facilities were immaculate. A perfect base from which explore Cornwall and or Devon. The private living room in particular was extremely valuable as a place to relax.

We arrived on bikes in the pouring rain, to a fabulously warm welcome. One of the bikes (dripping everywhere) was even invited into the house. The room (huge twin) is actually part of a mini suite, with small sitting room, and every detail thought of including fresh milk and homemade biscuits. Jane and Richard could not be nicer and more... You did look rather like drowned rats on arrival and we are always happy to offer drying facilities and if necessary a quick overnight launder for long distance cyclists and walkers, many of whom enjoy this beautiful area. So many thanks for your kind words and we hope to see you on your next adventure! More

There is a flatlet in the top of the house with own door so we had privacy and quiet. Cosy lounge and fresh milk in the fridge with a good selection of tea and coffee. The food was excellent...
