We just checked out from Surf4you where we stayed 2 nights for a mini-break. Our room was clean on arrival on arrival and overlooking the sea. That is the only positive thing I will take back from this experience. 1) Our room wasn’t cleaned the 2nd day 2) Complimentary water wasn’t replaced 3) Impossible to get a latte before 11am 4) The food was disgusting 5) The staff didn’t speak a word of english. 6) No one cared about it. No surprise here It is very unlikely we will come back.... To the management, please communicate with your guests, do what is convenient for them, not for you, and please train your staff to use the coffee machine and know their food and beverage menu! The hotel could be so much better.

This wasn't my first time here. I've also visited in the summer with my family just to relax by the pool when it's not windy. Now I'm here solo to windsurf and it's the perfect location for both. The beds are super comfy, rooms have everything you need - flat screen, balcony, tasteful decor, minibar etc.... The windsurfing equipment is top notch- brilliant selection of JP boards and good sails. The water is right next to the station and the conditions are perfect. No fishing lines or boats getting in the way, or too many riders, which is typical in a lot of other spots. Water is flat but further out the wind is really strong, so it's great for all levels. Instructors and staff speak English and Russian and some make good drinking buddies

The hotel has a windsurfing store to rent equipment. So if you are here to windsurf, it is a perfect hotel to stay. The price includes breakfast. The hotel room is clean and the staff is polite. The location is a bit further east to the main tourist area where most of the shops and restaurants are, but is still within walking distance. The beach in this area is calm and you can swim.

A range of variables not available in the rest of the bay. - straightforward minimalist style (without unnecessary frills/distractions). Pool, ocean, windsurfing, SUP - with events. Well designed accommodation - a bay of options for food.

We stayed there from April 13-19 2019. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort has a very nice pool, offers Windsurf, and SUP rentals, direct access to the sandy beach perfect for children (gentle slope) and water sport. Motorcycles can easily be arranged or the hotel can catch an easy taxi ride to go in town. The Terrasse where they serve breakfast is perfect with a nice view on the see and comfortable spot to relax. You can also have lunch there. The staff is extremely helpfull and kind! They even arranged a birthday cake with some decoration for my son's birthday. It is perfect for a relaxing vacatin with easy access to activities and restaurants.

This Russian-run hotel was friendly and serviceminded, with a clean pool and solid breakfast. For windsurfers it must be a little paradise, and they had a great center where you could go out straight from the hotel. For kiters, needing a beach to launch (or pure beach goers), it’s a few kilometers away from the ‘main’ kite beaches of Mui Ne, as well as the central shops and restaurants. That aside, liked this place, their rooms and their staff. recommended for families and windsurfers, but not for kiters ;)

Good hotel for a relaxing couple. It is possible to rent equipment for windsurfing or get a lesson, the station is located on site. Restaurant overlooking the sea. We lived in a room with a kitchen, but were frequent guests in the restaurant Surf4you. + courteous staff + swimming pool + clean area Will come back again! Thanks you!

Thankfully, we had booked only 2 nights! First we had found there is no beach there nor furher until 4 kms. What did happen to Muine Beaches? By the sea it's very dirty, at low tide all you can see is trash and plastic surface (pics). It's a shame they don't even clean the beachfront, it's right in front of the Residence! The restaurant, if we can call it like that (it's more like a snack corner) is closed at 4pm and nowhere around to eat correct food, we had to take the taxi to get closer to the center (7km) and the lunch wasn't good but the manager was friendly and smiley. The reception is closed in the evening too ... so no service if needed Russians, russians, russians! They rent apartments with kitchen at street level. They are 99% of the customers ... Our room was spacious with a large bathroom but the sheets wasn't clean and there were lots of ants moving on the beds. The place is pet friendly (they have cats) but also bugs friendly, we've never seen as many sort of bugs : beetles, cockroaches, grasshopper, ants, ... The breakfast is quite simple : a choice between Russians, Continental, Italian and was not good! The swimming pool was very pleasant though and the seaview from upstairs is awesome! In my opinion it's way too expensive for what it is as it doesn't offer much facility. It's a russian spot for backpackers and windsurfers, not for families. Nothing to eat, nowhere to go!…

My partner and I came to stay for just one night and were disappointed on arrival. Dirty beach, the place isn’t that clean and not much around. It seems that most places are similar as we did look into moving! Staff are pleasant.
