The Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort & Spa is everything that the other hotels in the area are not. It is secluded, peaceful, elegant and welcoming. It's a resort where the needs and wishes of the guest have been put first - Simple touches like free sunscreen at the pool, a top-notch kids club that caters for kids of all ages, and a "butler" service to take care of everything guests need. We use our Victoria heritage to offer a special experience at the seaside village - not just another few days in a lounge chair but a real feeling of being in Vietnam. We take care to share genuine local experiences, culture and cuisine with our guests. From a romantic white tablecloth picnic on the dunes to an early morning accompanied trip to the fish market along with our chef.

I travel with 2 small children below 5 years old. First impression: The staffs were friendly. The security, the front desk, the guest service were top notch. Second impression: The room was great, as what we expected. The extra bed as promised. The room smell nice (kind of lemongrass). The bathtub, the outdoor shower. The beach just right in front of your terrace. Third impression: The beach was clean (been to a resort in Mui Ne before, the beach was not as clean as Victoria). Saw the staffs cleaned the beach regularly. Forth impression: The food was good. As we weren’t planning to go anywhere during the stay. We just rely to the in house food. The seafood just great. Don’t miss that. Minor thing, we couldn’t get coconut water. I expected in a beach resort, coconut water has to be always available, no matter what. Fifth impression: The spa and massage were terrific. Lay down while you got a message with the sound of the waves and the wind singing in your ears. Sixth impression: The kids loves the kids club, playground and the pony ride. Seventh impression: The resort has quite a bit activities to do while we’re there. Swimming (2 outdoor pools. We’d rather swim in the infinity pool. As it has more options for the kids), tennis, squash, water sport (kayak), gym, and the beach. The sea was more calm in the morning than in the afternoon. Anyway, the kids and myself manage to dip in the morning and afternoon. Minor things; if the guest beside our room talk loud, we can hear them. Coconut water, we need them. A bit far from all of the attractions -no problem if you only plan to just relax in the resort, as we did-. Anyway the resort provide the transport if you want to go for sight seeing. You might want to stock some drinking water before going in -if you only plan to just relax in the resort-. The bottom line is, we’ll come back.

Hotel's Favorite
We have spent time here in Jan/Feb for some years now. A few tripadvisor reports have said that it's getting old and looks rather dated. Well, perhaps, but this is a place for taking it easy and doing not very much, and the atmosphere here encourages you to do just that. The staff are polite and friendly and you leave with the clear impression that they are genuinely glad you had a good time. Food is good, you can eat in the restaurant or on the adjacent terrace where the bar is. It's all very informal. We always take a beach bungalow, large room, large bathroom (separate loo) leading to an outdoor shower "room" containing a very comfortable hammock! Mui Ne village, a short way down the road, is now a seething mass of so-called resorts and restaurants cheek-by-jowl as far as the eye can see. This year we had a snoop round some of these including the Sailing Club resort which seems to be the best of them. Although this is a beautiful place it inevitably lacks space, as do all the other places along the strip. Claustrophobia sets in fairly quickly, especially if you've come from the Victoria. The enormous amount of private space that the Victoria offers its clients is a massive advantage. I hope they keep it that way!

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Holford, Sunny greetings from Victoria idyllic beachfront blossoming paradise! Thank you very much for sharing your lovely experience in our idyllic resort! It was a real pleasure hosting you during your long stay in Muine. Although our property was one of the first resorts built in the area, we are very delighted that you loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere in our property. Likewise, our Victoria is located quite away from the bustle and hustle of Muine and Phan Thiet to maximize the relaxation for all our guests in the serenity of our large exotic garden. Moreover, we are more than happy that you appreciated our large selection of Vietnamese and Western food in our L’Oceane Restaurant & Bar with its sea view. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the facilities of your Beach Front Bungalow. Finally, it’s truly inspiring to read your compliment on our team members because we strive to give for all our guests a maximum of satisfaction and comfort. Once again, thank you so much for sharing your lovely experience and we do hope to welcoming you soon at your Victoria home. Love from Victoria team Sebastien Nguyen – Guest Relation

We stayed here for 3 nights after an fairly intensive 11 night Vietnam tour organised through Voyage Prive. It proved to be an excellent place to unwind and recuperate after a hectic schedule of internal flights and bus transfers. Unfortunately the transfer from Saigon was also a 4 hour trip! The hotel was fairly quiet, thanks to the coronovirus but we did enjoy our stay. The beach here is wonderful and almost deserted most of the time. The room was not great but comfortable enough and the food at breakfast and dinner was good without being outstanding. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. It was very hot during our stay, around 35 or 36 degrees and it was a little difficult to find somewhere to sit in the shade, particularly around either of the swimming pools. Mostly we had been staying in 4 or 5 star hotels and this one was perhaps not quite up to those standards, but if you are looking for a hotel in this area, you could do worse I am sure.
