This was the 10th hotel I stayed at on a cross-country road trip, including other budget hotels (motel 6, days inn, roadway inn, etc) and this is the only hotel that I have ever felt the need to complain about: -Bathroom looked really nice at first glance until I tried to shower and realized that there is NO HOT WATER.... I stayed here for a week, & it was the worst motel I've ever stayed at. I should have had faith in the bad reviews I read beforehand, but I thought it really couldn't be that bad. It was. Previous occupant smoked in this non-smoking room, w/ odor permeating all my clothes. I asked for a different room every day,... More

The only complaint we had was the bed was a little hard. But overall its a great place and cheap. We didn't have any problems. Room was clean, so was the bathroom. They had a mini fridge, ac, WiFi, breakfast, TV,...,.

This hotel is not in compliance! We were shown 3 different rooms! NONE had smoke detectors installed...rather wires hanging down where they should be. The third room we finally stayed in had: 1. Leak from bathroom in ceiling..large puddle on floor that check in person said we could wipe up with one of our towels 2. Room in Front of... More

Let me preface by saying that I've been in the hotel industry (in another city) for several years now. For the price, you really can't beat what you actually get. I was camping at the Renaissance Festival in Magnolia and our campsite ended up getting flooded when Hurricane Patricia blew through, so this was a last minute trip on a... More

I made a reservation for a single King bed room and was given a double Twin room. The desk made no mention of this when I did the paperwork. I'm 6'2", 250; this was a most uncomfortable experience. I was expecting a couch and desk to relax and do some work but was instead stuck on the tiny bed. When... More

I go to the Woodlands for a one-week conference annually, and I have stayed here the last three times. I think the place was bought by a family a handful of years ago, and it improves each year as they seem to be upgrading furniture and facilities. For this area it is by far the most affordable choice, and is... More

Just had a 2 nights stay at this location. This was the most economical option ($70 compared to $150-250 for all other hotels) for a last minute trip and chose this as I only needed a place to sleep. The young lady at the check in did her job efficiently but could have been little more cheerful. The hotel is... More

Had a 1 night stay here on 2/8/2015. Great place for the $60 I paid for the room. Location is great; property is adequately lit and cameras are throughout property. Room was well appointed and clean. Only gripes would be road noise, and breakfast is quite a joke -- but those were not really issues for what I paid. Easy... More

We arrived at the "hotel" to check in, the lobby area was NOT the lobby pictured! We had reservations for three nights, we were assigned a room. I have really bad allergies to certain cleaning chemicals, this has never been an issue at other hotels, but here within 5 minutes, I was having severe reactions. The bathroom was not properly...
