I was staying here with my family in late April 2016. At arrival we thought the place to be a bit smaller than expected, but soon we realized it's very well designed and cozy. Great location for day trips to Florence, Lucca, Pisa,... But you must have a car. Isabella is full with useful information and happy to help. She... More

We spent over a week at Casadichianti in July. Just a few km southwest of Florence, it's a good base for visiting the neighboring towns including Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Arezzo, Pisa, Lucca… We were there during the hot spell and really appreciated the air-conditioned room. Isabella's bed and breakfast is definitely for lovers of vintage paraphernalia and collectors’ items.... More

This was our final stop on our tour of Italy, and I have to say, we saved the best til last. Casa di Chianti was nestled in the Tuscan hillside and offered some welcome peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the likes of Rome and Venice. Our family of four stayed in the loft room, which the... More

Isabella was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations for places to eat and things to see. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany. The accommodation is charming with the facilities to cook for yourself. It was great to wake up to varied breakfasts & fresh coffee waiting in the private living area. Highly recommended and we would definitely go... More

My husband I spent 1 week of our honeymoon June 2013 at Casa di Chianti and loved every minute of it. The location is great for travelling, we drove to Lucca, Pisa, Sienna, Florence and many other quaint towns. Our hostess Isabella was welcoming, warm and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Wow, what a lovely part of our trip! We were met by an exuberant Isabella, Tata, the escape-artist dog, and a bottle of lovely Chianti wine. The spacious apartment seemed like a private home and had every amenity we could have wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with every tool, spice, snacks, teas: the rest of the apartment has tons... We had the pleasure of staying at Casa di Chianti in late March of this year. Location is wonderful, a short drive to the tram so you don't have to try and drive/park in Florence. View from the windows just make you wish you could wake up there every morning! Isabella was a wonderful and gracious hostess; take advantage of... More

This was the most wonderful experience ! We loved it! If you want to get the most out of a personalized stay in Tuscany, stay here! The place is much nicer then on all the pictures. The owners are an architect and a retired designer and it shows. The attention to detail is one of a kind. It is modern,... More

If you want to be outside the city and yet close enough, this place is for you. Very comfortable, tastefully furnished, quiet. Our host was extremely helpful and supplied many tips on where to go and good restaurants, etc.

We were lucky enough to be guests at Casadichianti in May, and were very happy with our stay. The host Isabella was both charming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay one to remember. She arranged restaurant reservations, guided us to antique shops in the area and was happy to assist us with our... More
