Booked in for 2 nights, firstly would like to say how nice and friendly the staff were. Our room (no 4) was very tired to say the least, I don't mind tired but I do mind if it hasn't been cleaned properly, there was dust in most places, the toilet seat was broken as was the extractor fan, the toilet... Easily accessible with loads of parking next to the accommodation this Inn is in the heart of Warwickshire countryside. There is even a short recognised walk from the car park. The pub itself is pleasant with a large garden and an innovative canopied area which would be useful for business meetings. Our room, in a converted building opposite the pub,... More

Lovely Hotel with a long history turned into Hotel with Gastro-Pub. Room - Small but comfortable, excellent sound proofing as on the main road with heavy traffic. Bathroom let the whole experience down with mouldy walls, apparently this is about to have a refit and should not be a problem for much longer. Restaurant: Excellent food, huge portions, lovely breakfasts.... More

Great place in the centre of the country- we stayed one night on a Friday and breakfast was lovely. The rooms are set apart from the pub in a motel style so you can park right outside your door. No stairs would make this perfect for people with reduced mobility.

From the moment of arrival we were put at ease and made to feel welcome. The bedroom in the barn conversion was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was cosy and having eaten the evening meal and breakfast we can highly recommend both. We will definitely stop again.

Almost our entire family stayed here for two nights for my daughter's wedding. The cabin/room was really comfortable, the food outstanding both in quality and quantity, the bar/restaurant exactly right, but best of all, we were made to feel so welcome and at home and nothing was too much trouble - even first thing the next morning at breakfast after... The bedrooms are situated in a single story building opposite the hotel with parking. Being on the main road it is noisy but luckily the traffic eases overnight. The rooms are basic but with a good shower and mini bar. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was large and well cooked.
