Unfortunately, while we have a lot of check-ins in one day, it can cause this, because we have to follow a lot of work and legal procedures in this process. We really appreciate your recommendation to extra training for our staff. But we would like to assure you, that we are do that every day. We hired a lot of new staff member during the last period, so we have some work to do with them :). But we beliave that we are able to improve the services. Our second time to this hotel in 3 years. Rooms: - pluses: are decent in size and in regard to how they are arranged. Things are kept quite clean. What we have liked is the size of the bathroom and the generous size of mirrors and storage place in there. - On the minus side

We stayed here in February with our 7 year old son. The hotel was very nice, really clean, great located next to the sky slope. The room was really big, nicely decorated and most of all really clean. The food was very tasty. The staff really friendly, the lounge very nice next

Dobrý deň pán Tibor, Loksovci vám odpovedali správne. Bufetové hotelové raňajky podávame od 07:00 do 10:00. Cez deň je otvorená reštaurácia á la carte v čase 12:00-16:00, na večeru otvárame do 17:30 do 21:30. Príjemný deň prajeme.
