We stayed at this hotel in July. It was hard to find this hotel! This area has very heavy traffic, and if you miss the turn; You have to start all over again. It was very frustrating! There was a soccer tournament that weekend, so the hotel was full. There were young children running in the hallways, slamming doors, jumping...

We needed a hotel within walking distance of Expo Guadalajara, about 15-20 minutes. One morning because of rain we had concierge call us a taxi which charged 30 pesos to the Expo. Hot water, large TV which we used to watch the Olympics. Internet poor. Continental Breakfast consisting of bread, juice and coffee - we opted for the 85p buffet...

We planned our trip to return to Guadalajara where my oldest son had spent 2 years living to visit sights and experience the city. This looked to me from the photos to be a very nice hotel. We booked two days in advance. We clearly stated we were 3 persons from the elderly with disabilities and arriving late at night. So we needed by all means a room in the ground floor and reserved space for the disable at the parking lot. None of these was accomplished. The room first floor. Parked the car 100 m away....

It looks like and old motel. But rooms are refurbished. Although not silent at all. That and the TERRIBLE hard plastic pilows they have, made my night restless. The included breakfast was a coffee and a toast.! Really???, if you wanted some fruit, pay 80 extra pesos. Service was good and attentive
