We booked this 2 years ago pre-covid and SO needed Palm Island to disconnect/reconnect. This trip to paradise was perfect! The staff was so welcoming upon arrival, and our suite was comfortable and clean. The beach is gorgeous and water crystal clear with snorkeling steps from our suite with a variety of colorful fish. We biked around the island, hiked, played tennis and went to the gym. We had delicious meals (try the veal chop, tuna sashimi, ceviche, marlin and filet). And the staff became family. Thank you to our waiters and bartenders (Parnel, Louis, Shak, Nia, Andre, Tamara, Oliver, Johnnie, Glenford, Hulda, Minroy), the happy
Housekeeping staff (Joy), and management (Devon, Alaska and Katie). I cried tears of joy and sadness when we left. We'll be back to paradise with our friends soon.

We really lucked out on our timing to stay at this resort and I highly recommend if you want to feel like a rockstar catered to on vacation book and stay before the end of September 2021! Even though there was a short 48 hour "quarantine" it did not at all feel like it! we had meals, for our short time quarantine on our lovely terrace overlooking the private beach where we could swim and snorkel and enjoy fresh mango daiquiris under our palm umbrella watching iguanas wonder by. The time was well appreciated after the bit of a journey to get to this beautiful tropical paradise! Being such an intimate island it felt as if we were transplanted to an entirely different planet far away from the chaos the world is in now! And i shed a few tears upon departure. Once we were out and about we enjoyed the two restaurants and the open air bar all overlooking the sea. The food was fresh and delicious, the service was 5 diamond and friendly. We were really impressed with cleanliness of the facilities and the extra efforts of the staff to truly make you feel as VIP special guests! Truly a tropical postcard picture vacation; beautiful white and pink sand beaches with gentle turquoise water and the comforts of civilization at hand. Truly a fantastic paradise. We will be back and i hope to stay longer the second time. Thank you to all the staff for being such special people to make this place even more of a dream!

The island is a stunning location with crisp white sandy beaches set against turquoise waters.
A 135 acre island with around only 41 rooms makes this a real private castaway island holiday.
We spent 14 nights here in May, the resort was not full which added to the privacy feel of being on your own private island.
We experienced a number of the resorts activities, sunset sail on a catamaran, sail to Tobago Cays on the resorts yacht the Pink Lady, trips to nearby Mopion Island and Chatham Bay, Picnic at Hammock 4, Private Dinner under the Gazebo, and a couples massage at the Spa, which we would recommend.
The crew of the hotels catamaran Yannis and the yacht Pink Lady all went out of their way to make all the trips enjoyable and memorable, providing excellent BBQ's on the beaches in the Tobago Cays.
All staff at the resort go above and beyond to provide a first class service under the watchful eye of the hotels Manager Katie who certainly runs a very tight ship with customer service a paramount.
All of the beachfront rooms have undergone a refurbishment but our stay was in one of the garden view rooms which although spacious and comfortable do not appear to have been refurbished since they were opened in the 1990's and the fittings and furniture are looking a bit dated now, we would certainly advise this as something the resort need to consider.
Overall we had a lovely break and came home felling fully refreshed.
A big thank you to all the staff for their care and hospitality during our stay.

We spent another glorious two weeks starting in early February 2020 at Palm Island, our 19th time! Obviously, we are happy “repeaters” as we greatly enjoy the lush tropical surroundings, super staff, delicious meals, pleasant guests (mainly from the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland), white sandy beaches, warm Caribbean Sea and fun activities (swimming, snorkeling, biking, walking, sailing, hiking trails, repeaters’ sunset cruise on Yannis and the weekly Manager’s cocktail party).

We especially appreciated the special Valentine’s Day dinner that started with long stem roses for the women, champagne, and caviar on toast! Our servers (Martinus, Shaquille, Olive and Hulda) were wonderful (see photos). In fact, all of the wait staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you to Kashi, Kenroy, Glenford, Niashair and many others for taking such good care of us. Johnny the bartender and Chef Baka deserve kudos, too.

Others meriting mention: Andez, the new Activities Director with his hilarious aqua-robics classes, the front office staff (Joe, Ed, Alaska), Charles, room beverage service, Lisa of Housekeeping, Waldo at water sports, Captain Manny of the Yannis, the new restaurant manager, Dervon. And of course, Katie, the Manager, who holds it all together so well.

The full moon while we there brought its higher tides and some water and sand flooding of walkways but also brought more sea birds (pelicans, terns, frigates, gulls) feeding just offshore. On shore we saw egrets, hummingbirds, tropical mocking birds, banana quits, sand pipers, mourning doves and a crowned heron. Iguanas, geckos, lizards, crabs and land turtles were frequently seen.

Lunch at The Sunset Bar was always a treat. Examples from the menu: great French fries to go with spicy jerk chicken or a shared pizza or sashimi or grilled fish along with fresh salad fixings. Sea turtles can be sighted surfacing just offshore during lunchl. For a small added fee, you can order a beautiful lobster meal in season.

Palm Island truly offers a rich and wide array of attractions in the gorgeous Grenadine Islands. We look forward to another great vacation there in 2021.

Due to Covid and the Volcano, we missed going to Palm Island for 2 years. This was our 5th trip to Palm Island and we were thrilled to be back. Everything was just as good or better from the last time we visited in 2019. Our only disappointment is that our secret little island, is no longer a secret.

We love it here. We have travelled extensively and have never found such an exceptional beach as there is in Palm Island. It is hard to explain how soft the sand is and how clear the water is. In our opinion, this is the best beach in the world.

We always stay in the premium beachfront rooms. We love the outdoor patio, the spacious room, and the location. It is just steps away from the beach.

The food is very good. You just have to be careful, because you will most likely need to go on a diet after visiting. There are always great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We love the rotating dinner menus. And the desserts - yum!

For cocktail - Johnny makes one of the best Cosmopolitan's I have ever had.

One must thing to do is to take a private trip on the Pink Lady with Captain Keith.

But what sets the resort apart from others is the staff. They are all exceptional: the grounds crew, housekeeping, restaurant staff, bar staff, and management. Everyone knows you by name, they make you feel like part of their family.

We can't wait for trip #6 next year.

Everything was amazing , from the time we arrived to the time we unfortunately had to leave. Every staff member was pleasant , polite and always acknowledged you when passing by , even the grounds keepers and the housekeeping staff. What an amazing place!! Very clean, property well manicured great food and drinks. Had Chef Bakka had amazing meals and top shelf liquor . Rooms were fantastic and great views, we had Superior ocean front on the beach and was wonderful. Loved the big bathrooms. Every room looked like it had rinse off places at your door to rinse sand off before entering your room , which a wonderful plus . we actually had a real nice private outdoor shower at out room , wonderful plus. Staff was fantastic , Katie the manager very so so friendly and always checking to make sure everything was ok. Special shout outs to Dervon, Glennford,Tevin,Luis, Andre,Shaq ,Tamara, Nia were the ones that waited on us the most ,went over and above service for us!! Oliver and Hula were great also, just hadn't had to much encounter with them when we were there. Overall everyone was perfect !!! Just loved everyone and miss you all !! This was our second visit to Palm Island. It is one a very small number of places that we would consider traveling to during these unusual times. Knowing that the staff are very particular, and that most spaces are open air, we felt very comfortable traveling to and staying at Palm Island. The required quarantine period was properly observed, but was quite enjoyable! We spent that time quietly, in and around our accommodations - snorkeling and using the beach and such, while the staff waited on us hand and foot! During quarantine, all meals, drinks, and other needs are provided for by "room service," which is not normally available at Palm Island. As soon as we were allowed out of quarantine, we were able to enjoy all the elements that we are used to at Palm Island - both restaurants, the bar, special beach dinners, sailing snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and more! Looking forward to our next trip back!

Palm Island was the most incredible vacation my husband and I could ever dream of. The staff on the island were better than any place I’ve ever traveled. They went above and beyond for every service. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious and the management staff was always willing to help with any needs or questions.

Palm Island really is a gem! Very special place that we will for sure be returning to. First, I want to thank the staff - all truly the nicest and most welcoming team we have ever had at a resort. We love them all but shout out to Shaw, Andre, Ed and Tevin as well as Captain Keith & Jamal.

Beautiful beach, very serene island - a chance to truly disconnect. I love that there are no TVs in the rooms and their check in process was amazing - I wish all Elite resorts just ushered you to your room and let you deal with the details the next day.

Highly recommend the pink lady sail to Tobago Cays for snorkeling. And the spa is just lovely! Cruising around the island on bikes and hiking was a highlight as well. Recommend travelers bring bug spray and a sense of adventure. Cheers!

5 stars! One of our top destinations! Some of us enjoyed multiple days of epic kiteboarding and others relaxed in the white sand beach and snorkeled around this beautiful island, even swimming with majestic sea turtles. Trust me, it is exclusive and one of a kind! The food was amazingly scrumptious! Tropical drinks were flowing. The Beauty of the island was top notch in the Caribbean. The manager, Katie, makes everyone feel like family, including the staff. We felt like we had known them for years. Guests are made to feel pampered but given space, which we loved. We biked around the island, enjoyed the gym, scenery, and the gorgeous pool. Service was spectacular. The Spa was the best experience ever! Book the Hibiscus Package! Don’t forget to go to Happy Island for a rum punch! Jeremy runs an incredible VIP kiteboarding operation. This was an extraordinary vacation! You won’t be disappointed!

There's mini fridge in the room and it's stocked daily with beer, water, sodas, etc.. We always stay in a beachfront room. Take a look at the pictures of the beachfront rooms here on Trip Advisor and also on the Palm Island website. The rooms look exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable, the room is spotless and the ac works great. You will not be disappointed.
