The rooms are lovely and big but hospitality needs to improve. The owner didn't welcome us on arrival. The person in charge was not aware of how many people and rooms were reserved for the night and communication was difficult, both in Italian and English. The rooms don't have a tv as advertised on booking.com nor wifi and there is no telephone signal due to remote location. We were not given the option of breakfast as advertised online. Be careful not to accept extra charges because the heating is on!

I spent a wonderful Easter at this farmhouse. Even though the weather wasn't the best, the owner's welcome warmed our hearts. The possible walks to undertake are spectacular and we also had the experience of searching for truffles! Every day we had a fresh tart made just for us. In short... we left reluctantly. A huge thank you!

We stayed in this farmhouse over the weekend of April 25th, an enchanting structure, a paradise. Upon our arrival, the owner made us find tart and biscuits for our breakfast in the morning. Everything was impeccable including the cleanliness of the apartment.

Undoubtedly a beautiful location and panoramic views... Too bad, however, that the structure is poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Leaving aside the dirty pool, we talk about water flowing flush from the bathroom taps and mold on the pillows, decidedly uncomfortable beds, we could not sleep a wink and woke up with back pain .. not to mention dinner that left something to be desired (as a farm we expected local products with more variety than a mixed salad). Unfortunately the conceit and arrogance of the owner did not give us a way to stay and enjoy our holidays. Not recommended.

Apartment was old and poorly kept.

Located in a very nice hilly location although the location is not kept at all well. We found both the apartment and the pool dirty.
Zero reception. You eat terrible. Finally the owner very uneducated and not at all professional. In the end we decided to leave the facility a day earlier. We hope that the extra money will be used for cleaning, an Italian course or a good education. Never again.

The most unfriendly place I have ever been. Photos are misleading and place was dirty. We couldn’t use the main bathroom sink and could barely use the shower. Beds and mattresses are so old that you rolled on one side while sleeping, or so thin you could feel the wooden board beneath it.
Rooms are hot, no AC, no fans, and no WiFi coverage.
Rude staff never available when needed and terrible food.
Awful experience, a total rip off. We love the area and the view, had a nice time travelling around, except for this place that ruined our holiday.
