Could not be more happier of my experience in Alpinehotel. The staff was incredible. The food amazing. The pool, the bar, the gameroom. The hotel has everything there. Also only 25 minutes of Lago di Brais. Could not wait to go back.

The staff were hugely attentive from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, no frills but with a luxury shower room and balcony. The pool and spa facilities were modern and relaxing. The restaurant food was a very high standard: a wide variety over the week and all very healthy, beautifully cooked and presented. The local buses went from outside the door and links by bus and train to the environs were second to none. A free pass is included.

We stayed at the Alpinhotel for a week in July. Everything about the hotel is first class. The owner Lukas, and his team work tirelessly to provide a superb guest experience. Rooms are modern and spotless. The restaurant serves a daily five-course meal that is well-presented and uses local ingredients. The choice of local wines is excellent. For those that enjoy the outdoor life the opportunities are endless with biking and hiking in the area being extremely varied.

As a family of 3 we spent a week skiing vacation for a first time in the Alpinhotel amd it was amazing! We had the Lifestyle Suite which comes together with a garage parking. The suite is very spacious and offers suficient space to feel comfortable. Also the heated Sky inside/outside pool was a highlight after a day on the slopes. You even have a whirlpool integrated in the outside portion of the pool 👍 The half board was a s well very tasty with everyday different meal options for everybody to chose from with the use of local ingredients.
The bar is offering super cocktails and drinks as well as on some days live music 👍
Lukas and his team are very friendly and supportive and are doing a great job to create a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your vacation to the fullest! Thank you all!

Great family run hotel. We stayed for 6 nights including half pension. Rooms were spacious, with good firm beds,
The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and doing the outmost to make our stay pleasant.
Breakfast was good, with a lot of choices, and fresh omelette on order. Dinner was Italian style with buffet antipasti, starter, entré and dessert. Good variation, very well presented, and mainly good food.
Kids enjoyed the warm pool, and spa/relax area is very nice, with a tea station available downstairs.
Bus station right in front of the hotel takes you to Kronplatz ski area in less than 10 minutes. It is a great option as parking there is quite limited. 10 min walk to the village with bakery, several restaurants, groceries, etc.

Friendly staff, amazing food and cosy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend the SPA and rooftop swimming pool (the pool is heated and the view is breath taking).
Bikes can be rented downstairs!

We had a great stay in Alpinhotel. Great location to do beatiful hikes, explore Tre Cime, Lago di Braies, Kronplatz... We received a free upgrade for the room. The breakfast and dinner was very very good as well as the drinks. The staff was very friendly as well! Let's not forget the beautiful wellness. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel is incredible, the attention is perfect, it was a very pleasant stay and with everything that the hotel offers you that makes it even better! The food is unbeatable, one of the best I have ever had in my life and of course from the moment you enter until you leave they take care of you in the best way. The truth is an experience that is worth it. And living the experience of enjoying the heated pool and that it was snowing, was the dessert strawberry.

We had a great time on vacation, everything was perfect. Food, staff, cleanliness, pool and sauna. We have been here for the second time and we are happy to return next year. They will have new rooms. The bus picks you up in front of the hotel and takes you directly to the gondola. You don't need a car.

Certo, noi avevamo un weimaraner e ci hanno accolto senza problemi..per la cena siamo stati sistemati nella sala della stube con il nostro amico pelosone..

chediamo i nostri ospiti di venire tra le ore 19.00 e le ore 20.00 nella nostra sala da pranzo. Noi offriamo un menu con 5 portate e avete la possibilità di scegliere tra due secondi.
La nostra SPA è aperta giornaliera dalle ore 15.00 alle ore 19.00 - ogni martedì le nostre saune sono aperte fino alle ore 22.00.

Tranquillamente si possono fare diverse attività, si può visitare la vicina Brunico nei giorni brutti, comunque noi abbiamo un bambino di quasi 4 anni e si è trovato benissimo, hanno uno spazio per bimbi anche per quelli più grandi con giochi di società ! Lo consiglio! La piscina non è mancata, e comunque hanno la zona SPA con una idromassaggio e anche lì possono entrare i bimbi, ovviamente senza disturbare la tranquillità !
