We decided to visit Seven Stars for dinner multiple times while visiting Turks and Caicos. Unfortunately, we found the service and empathy to be subpar when dealing with adverse situations. After one of our dinners, we went to their gift shop for a couple items. While trying on a pair of cheap sunglasses, an additional pair fell and broke that was not placed well on the rack. The clerk was extremely rude, offered no empathy or thought of finding a solution - for starters did not greet us and when she entered her words verbatim “ you trying to fix somethin you just broke.” I simply asked to help with the situation or that I buy the pair I actually tried on, however the clerk continued to be rude. We spoke with a manager who was at least kinder, but had no authority to help make the situation better. After calling for other managers discretion, they decided that if I bought the pair actually wanted, they’d sell the broken pair for half off. Their attitude and service over a $40 item (probably cost them $10), showed zero customer service or care that we would visit their property again and frequently. Spend your money at Grace Bay Club, where they are extremely kind, and make your stay absolutely phenomenal, regardless of the situation.

Hotel's Favorite
We normally stay at resorts associated with a major hotel chain, but our travel agent gave the Seven Stars and we are happy that she did. This place really has its act together. The staff is professional, warm, sincere and authentic. They are never ruffled, never hurried and always full of charm and grace. The property is smaller than one might imagine, but it is in immaculate shape. All indoor and outdoor spaces show the attention this resort gives to detail and belies its reputation for cleanliness. The suites are spacious, elegant and incredibly well equipped. Our kitchen had every appliance and utensil imaginable and enough glassware for any occasion. The refrigerator was immense and the ice maker actually worked for once! Bed and bedding of top quality and the bedroom and baths are huge. We ate once on the "Deck" and another time in the more formal Italian restaurant. Food was excellent and the bar serves great cocktails served my terrific mixologists (with personality). Big stretch of beach with plenty of comfortable spots on the sand and on the decks near the two pools. We went down to do some bone fishing and the hotel arranged these trips and with guides who were really great. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel as well as major grocery store with everything under the sun including fine wine and liquor. A completely relaxing and carefree vacation!!!!

We just enjoyed an absolutely amazing couple of nights at Seven Stars. The Covid-19 protocols are exceptional, cleanliness and hygiene is top priority at every single point, but it is all done in such a way that it really does not impact the luxury experience at all. The hotel and all the amenities are absolutely gorgeous, the grounds are beautifully kept, both the pools are wonderful and really spacious. There are plenty of comfy sunbeds by the pools, or the amazing beach staff with gladly set you up on the beach if you prefer. We had great service from start to finish, notably Lila on the beach, Peter at The Deck restaurant (the trio of conch is delicious!) and Shelove at Guest Services, but really, every single person we interacted with was friendly, courteous and fun. Seven Stars really do have some of the best resort staff on island. We ate at The Deck and also at Seven restaurant. Seven is truly fabulous, the attention to detail is second to none. Definitely treat yourself to an experience here, and don't forget to take full advantage of the excellent cocktail bar too! All in all, a luxury+ experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel

Amazing beach, location and views are INCREDIBLE! Not sure you could have a bad room here, so long as you are Oceanside. Our room was a junior king oceanfront (1508) and it was perfect for our 5 night stay. I am very picky when it comes to rooms, and this hit all the marks! Great view, comfortable balcony furniture, large spa tub, plush bed, well equipped kitchenette AND a washer/dryer in room which was super convenient. Housekeeping/room service took great care of everything and were immediate any time you call. The grounds are well groomed and security on property made us feel safe. The pools are relaxing and clean, the lounge chairs/cabanas are higher end and the free watersport equipment gave us something fun to do for any down time during the day. The hobbiecat sailboats are a blast and a must try! My girlfriend went to the spa for a facial/massage combo and she was pretty underwhelmed for the price. $230 and they don’t have any amenities. I’ve been to a lot of spas on vacation and this one is certainly lacking the quality of the rest of the resort. I will say that the gym located at the spa is decent if you want a quick workout. The restaurant serves free breakfast everyday which is nice, although the menu is pretty small to choose from and doesn’t change. We went to dinner on our last evening at Seven and it was not good and over-priced. I would not recommend eating at the hotel. Ask your cab drivers, they know all the best spots and are super friendly. Check out Mango Reef and Coco Bistro, both places were a Home run. The resort is walking distance to a nice supermarket (we cooked dinner in one night and we loved it), shopping and a great coffee spot called Lemon2go. All in all we were both happy with our stay and will certainly look forward to our next trip back. Cheers!
