Wow, great experience from the bellman, front desk and tour of property and all of the employees we came in contact with. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate and our room was so clean and in great condition. This was our first time to Turks and Caicos to celebrate our anniversary, and this resort was outstanding! Every employee was friendly, the beach was amazing, beach drink service and beach chair set up was great. The only slight negative was the Caicos Dream Tours afternoon snorkel trip we booked through the resort. It way too many people, 40-50, and they ran out of beer and some sandwiches(that were not very good anyway). The resort itself and everyone who works there are outstanding and we hope to be back. Our 2 male housekeepers for rm1401 did an excellent job and should be commended. Sorry I can't remember their names. Oh, our AC went out at 930PM when we got back to room. I called the front desk, they sent up 2 maintenance men who had it fixed within an hour, great work. Thank you to the staff at Seven Stars, you made our anniversary a happy week.

Hotel's Favorite
We normally stay at resorts associated with a major hotel chain, but our travel agent gave the Seven Stars and we are happy that she did. This place really has its act together. The staff is professional, warm, sincere and authentic. They are never ruffled, never hurried and always full of charm and grace. The property is smaller than one might imagine, but it is in immaculate shape. All indoor and outdoor spaces show the attention this resort gives to detail and belies its reputation for cleanliness. The suites are spacious, elegant and incredibly well equipped. Our kitchen had every appliance and utensil imaginable and enough glassware for any occasion. The refrigerator was immense and the ice maker actually worked for once! Bed and bedding of top quality and the bedroom and baths are huge. We ate once on the "Deck" and another time in the more formal Italian restaurant. Food was excellent and the bar serves great cocktails served my terrific mixologists (with personality). Big stretch of beach with plenty of comfortable spots on the sand and on the decks near the two pools. We went down to do some bone fishing and the hotel arranged these trips and with guides who were really great. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel as well as major grocery store with everything under the sun including fine wine and liquor. A completely relaxing and carefree vacation!!!!

The property is a great 4.5 star resort. Beach chairs were padded. Great towels. Sailing was great. Beach was amazing. While the service was great (Charles had an amazing personality at the adult deck), it was slow. Drink sizes were very small. Aruba Ritz were twice the size for same cost. WiFi positively sucks. You can get on the Ritz WiFi in certain areas. I’m actually writing the review using it. While the Terrace is advertised with the property, it is next door. If you like cocktails, the Seven bar is not much more, but significantly better drinks. It’s way more chill without TV, so pick the preference. Some may feel it’s “stuff” with dark light, black and white movie, and dark wood. Go to resort gift shop and stock up on drinks. Cokes are $1 vs $4. Maybe it’s “island time” but here, we had to work to get drinks. At the 5-star, they knew when to refill without being pushy. Don’t waste your time on the concierge. My wife said they were indifferent on booking a dinner. We emailed them for help on another reservation. No response. I’ve heard the Ritz has some consistency issues. If they get that worked out, I think I would spend a little more to stay there.

Room Tip: Ritz Public WiFi is more stable. Resort Store has far cheaper drinks for the fridge.

Absolutely beautiful time spent at Seven Stars Resort and Spa for our anniversary and belated birthday celebration. Great selections for those who want vegetarian options and healthy smoothies with beautifully prepared fruits and all breakfast options which is included during your stay. The Restaurants on site- The Deck- I’m addicted to their Ancient Grain salad and continue to make it at home now- their conch dish was yummy, pizza a good option and their Seven restaurant for dinner, we found to be our favorite while on the island- even after we tried Infiniti, LaBouchon and Coco Bistro- not bad places at all- but Seven was our favorite. Staff for housekeeping, front desk, concierge, bellmen, dining staff, groundskeepers, covid staff and pool staff are all commendable and if I could name them all I would. I wish there were photos that I could give stars next to. During Covid it felt stressful completing everything to safely visit Turks and Caicos but please don’t let it deter you from traveling- it was so worth it as we had excellent service in every capacity on the resort and off. Enjoy their most spectacular beach and sunsets for us.

My wife and I just returned from a 5 night stay at Seven Stars. The resort itself is smaller than it looks initially but is quite gorgeous and its grounds well manicured. There are 2 restaurants: Seven which serves the daily breakfast buffet and becomes a nice intimate restaurant for dinner and The Deck, which is the more casual dining option for lunch and dinner, and overlooks the beach. There are also 2 pools: the larger “family” pool that occupies the central part of the resort and a smaller adult pool just before you reach the beach. As for the beach itself, Seven Stars sits on a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach on Grace Bay. There are 3 rows of loungers, the very front row being the first to be occupied early as you would imagine. We would wake up early to reserve our loungers, have breakfast, and return to our loungers for some nice R&R. We had an ocean view suite in the Maiae building and it was super spacious and elegantly appointed. We were greeted with a welcome card for our anniversary and provided two reusable water bottles which were perfect for bringing to the beach. Service was a hit or a miss. Some of the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful while others seemed like they could care less. They’re speech and mannerisms were “mechanical” and non engaging at best. Some exceptions for staff that really stood out for us as helpful and friendly was Lila at beach service, Jenni at Seven and Adrian at reception. They made us feel special and/or welcomed during our short stay and made a strong impression on us. One major note that bothered us was during our initial check-in process. We had missed the first night of our stay and was hoping to check in early on our 2nd night when we arrived. Despite arriving an hour and a half early we had to wait till the normal 3pm checkin for our room, which is not what we wanted to hear obviously, but it was fine. Shelove was the person that checked us in at reception and told us we had to wait till 3pm. She suggested we have lunch while we waited and we opted to do just that. Now here is where our main complaint arised, instead of getting a tour of the resort which we were obviously unfamiliar with, Shelove proceeded to just tell us to go eat at Deck and how to reach it was to “go past Seven and turn left.” After wandering around a bit we eventually found it as the resort isn’t huge. And while we sat there at Deck eating lunch we observed other newly arrived guests given a tour, also in the the subsequent days to follow, and also by Shelove. I don’t know why our welcome wasn’t as hospitable as other guests but it continued to irk us during our stay. Shelove also checked us out when it was our time to leave and she was just us disinterested as she was the day she checked us in. We observed the other workers at reception being much more friendly with the other outgoing guests but it was water under the bridge at this point. In summation, Seven Stars is a very nice resort aesthetically sitting on a nice stretch of Grace Bay beach. Rooms are well appointed but service was lackluster in the exception of a few employees, and short of the 5 star price and reputation this resort is obviously trying to convey. We would entertain a return trip in the future but just hope that the service becomes a little more consistent.

Dear derreko2017, Thank you for your review of your stay with us at Seven Stars Resort & Spa. I really appreciated your kind words about our resort, though I was quite disappointed to read about this shortfall in service. Though I can only assume that this was a misunderstanding on our part, I would like to apologize on behalf of my colleague as this is not our standard. I will make sure to review this incident with the Front Desk team in order to ensure that there are no repeat instances in the future. Thank you for your comments on Jenni, Lila, and Adrian. They are all great members of our team and we are very proud of them. Thank you again, and I hope that you will give us another chance to show you what we are capable of. Best Regards, Courtnee Howell-Forbes
