Seven Stars Resort & Spa garners commendations for its attentive staff and well-maintained amenities, with many guests enjoying the clean, modern atmosphere and the convenience of kitchenettes in the spacious rooms. From the moment we arrived at Seven Stars we felt we were in the perfect place. Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcoming smiles. Everyone at Seven Stars does everything with a smile! Our room was absolutely beautiful, with an Oceanfront view. The room was very large, well appointed, very comfortable bed and a big beautiful bathroom as well(large shower, big tub). The pool areas and beach were breathtaking…we’ve never seen the color of water as incredibly clear and beautifully light blue anywhere before. The beach itself is spectacular! But what makes Seven Stars so special are the people who work there. The staff makes sure to be available to set up lounge chairs, get food and drink orders without wait. Every single request is met with a smile and service is quick and responsive. Btw…a special shoutout to Ekzekiel who knew our faces and greeted us at the beach the second day! Everyone is like that at Seven Stars. We are already planning our next trip there in fall or winter, hopefully with our children and grandchildren. Thank you to everyone at Seven Stars. Very well done!!!

Hotel's Favorite
Who: My wife and me. In our early 50’s. Third time to T&C. When: mid/late June for 8 days. Where: Seven Stars Hotel - After our third time in T&C - each time staying in a different high end hotel - we’ve come to the conclusion that location is what matters most. Seven Stars is near town and we only left our resort once - we walked to a different restaurant each night. Provo taxis are neither cheap nor convenient. Staying near West Bay Resort or the Beach House is great (it seems like the water is slightly more smooth), but it’s a real pain to take a car into town every night to eat. Seven Stars is very nice. Very good breakfast (included), very solid rooms, daily housekeeping and very good beach service. You must sit on the left side and ask for Lila to be your server - he’s an order of magnitude better than the others. Don’t bother with tennis (courts aren’t great and rental gear is substandard). It’s truly in the perfect spot for a great beach and steps from town where you’ll find all of the restaurants. Restaurants: We dined at Seven, Infinity, Caicos Cafe, Sui Ren, Big Al’s and Skull Rock Mexican. Seven (at Seven Stars) was really good one night (get the curry) and mediocre the second night. It’s the same building where they have the breakfast buffet, but they do a good job of converting it to a fine dining experience. Infinity is fine, but the food is nothing great. Caicos Cafe is one you should pass on unless you like OK food and not so attentive service with the ambiance of an outdoor Chili’s. Maybe it’s better for lunch, but you shouldn’t do dinner there. Sui Ren was great. It’s across the island (8 min ride) at The Shore Club (new, really cool looking resort). Outdoor setting is beautiful, service is outstanding and food was the best we had during our stay. Big Al’s is fine. Not the best burger you’ve ever had, but is pretty good. Skull Rock isn’t too bad. Decent Mexican food (nachos, tacos, enchiladas). Super casual indoor/outdoor restaurant. Activities: We literally sat on the beach every day. We hung out in the water, had drinks and chatted. It’s the most beautiful beach in the world and we can’t ever find a good reason to spend the day boating to another island to see the same thing. We worked out each morning, had a few massages and took a long walk everyday and then “jogged” back in the water for exercise. There are a few kids at Seven Stars, but not a ton. Most families stay at Beaches. Hacks: Bring $50+ in $5 bills for every day you’ll be here to give to the staff. Bring a couple of Yeti’s (drinks get hot quick). Don’t even look at the weather - it’s the same every day - perfect. Your weather app will say “cloudy” or “overcast,” but it will be sunny. You’ll be glad to get some overcast as the sun feels hot here. Bring a speaker for music. Also, we didn’t encounter a single bug while we were here. The natives are fairly stoic but friendly people. They’re cautious in their approach, so be prepared to engage them and you’ll see them loosen up. Get the Skypass VIP fast pass - it’s a no brainer. If you’re arriving or leaving on a Sat or Sun, the airport is a zoo. Airport - Head upstairs and get a chair massage while you wait to get on the plane. Provo is amazing. It really doesn’t matter too much where you stay (as long as it’s beach front). Most of the hotels are “condo resorts” and you’ll have a blast wherever you stay - so don’t stress too much over finding the perfect place. We enjoyed being near town and think you will too. There are probably better places in the world - but Grace Bay is really hard to beat for weather, water, beach, food and safety.

This was our third stay at this wonderful resort. We loved everything about our ten night stay. The hotel is immaculate. The staff is exceptional. The breakfast buffet is great. The hotel is located on the nicest spot on Grace Bay beach. The food at Seven Restaurant is outstanding! The salt water pool is a perfect temperature. The beach chairs are especially comfortable. We were upgraded to a better room category, which we so appreciated. The location is so convenient, short walk to many good restaurants and to a large supermarket/ liquor store. We love this hotel and we will be back.

As first time traveler to Turks & Caicos, Jennifer Byrne and The Tropical Travelers team's videos enticed us with a stay at the Seven Stars Resort and Spa - thank you social media! The Tropical Travelers booked the trip for my wife and me and everything else was very easy from there on. Grace Bay has beautiful turquoise water and the Seven Stars' staff are friendly, professional, and a real pleasure to be around. The food in all restaurants was top notch! We will be back very soon!

My wife and I and another couple recently took what has become an annual vacation away from the freezing northeast US to one of our favorite resorts, Seven Stars at Grace Bay, Providenciales. My wife made our reservation for a Premier ocean front one-bedroom suite , requesting an upper floor in one of the seven story buildings. She reiterated our requests several times over the phone in the following months. This would be our fourth trip. When we arrived , checked in , and were shown to our suite, we were given an unhappy surprise. Instead of an " ocean front " suite which faced directly out onto the ocean as we had enjoyed in our previous visits we were given a suite on the side of the building with an narrow obstructed view of the ocean. It was on the third floor, directly looking out on the family pool, normally a noisy pace. There was a complementary bottle of wine with a note welcoming....ANOTHER COUPLE !! We commented to the person who showed us to the suite that we weren't happy, but she glossed over our objections and bolted quickly from the suite. We contacted the front desk and were told that this was the appropriate category of room that we had booked and that he third floor was considered an upper floor. Further conversations with " guest relations " were equally fruitless. The people we dealt with were totally dismissive of our concerns, clearly hiding the mistake they made, and unwilling to provide any accommodation to us. We felt we shouldn't have to pay for an ocean-front suite when we were getting an ocean-view suite. No matter how they might want to classify it , this room was not an ocean front suite. A final email appeal to the general manager when we got home received a reply that did nothing to address our complaints other than the arrogant attitude of the employees we dealt with. Economically, this was a very stupid decision on their part. Every time we go there for a week we drop almost $15,000 between the room, their trip insurance package and the dinners we eat in their dining room. We tip very generously. Our friends accompany us and spend a similar amount. My daughter went there with her friends and spent a similar amount. All they had to do was charge us the rate for an ocean-view suite which is about $100 a night less and they would continue to have our business. They didn't even offer to buy us a cocktail ! They have lost our business, as well as our friends' and our daughter's. I am giving Seven Stars two stars instead of one because of the wonderful employees we dealt with at the pool and at Seven, the fine dining restaurant at the property. The front dest staff get zero stars. If you book here prepare for a bait and switch.

Dear Ms. Gottdenker,   We value the opportunity that Trip Advisor, Facebook and other platforms affords our guests to give us their feedback. However when a guest threatens to write a poor review if they do not receive compensation is, simply taking advantage and a violation of social media platforms.  You are indeed correct in stating that you booked a one-bedroom premier oceanfront suite, and that is the room category in which we accommodated you in.  The room was located on the third floor. Hotels and resorts worldwide do not guarantee specific floor requests, but rather the room category that has been booked. Floor request is subject to availability. In your previous visits with us, we were pleased to offer you a complimentary upgrade on multiple occasions as we had the opportunity to do so due to availability. You were informed by our team that due to high occupancy this was not the case this time. During your recent stay, we regret that we were unable to provide the complimentary upgrade or relocate you to a higher floor, as the resort was operating at full capacity.  I am sorry that the location was not to your liking.  I do, however, hope to see you on another Turks and Caicos vacation in the future. Best Regards, Courtnee Howell

Seven Stars is a very classy hotel. They upgraded us to ocean front and omg...the room was to die for! Twice daily maid service did everything for us (without asking). They leave you trinkets each day and you can keep your slippers and the water Stanley (purified water throughout the resort). Free breakfast which is very high quality provided complimentary. The pool area and beach area is gorgeous with plush beds, and attendants. The kindest resort people work there. We loved everything about the resort except quality of food at The Deck. Beautiful views from there, but the food was peppery and not that good. We had burger, chicken wrap and lobster and chicken dinner on another night.

We went for three straight years. It was very nice. The beach is amazing. On our last visit the adults only deck was taken over by a group of loud drunk guests who had spent $50,000 to be there. They were allowed to do whatever they wanted and absolutely ruined our vacation. We were actually kicked out of the pool at one point so they could have a party. Management did nothing. Also the deck attendants took bribes to reserve the first come first serve deck chairs for guests who showed up late in the morning. Management did nothing. We are not going back.

Dear ronsN1691VY, Thank you for your review of your stay with us at Seven Stars. I'll admit that that was a bit disappointing to read. None of it sounds like our standard, although we do clear the adult pool during a function - with advanced notice, of course. I can't speak for anyone taking bribes, but guests have regularly tipped the attendants who set up the chairs / cabanas for them. I don't really have a record of anyone talking to Management about any of this, but I do understand if the response that you got was not satisfactory. That being said, we'd still be interested in speaking with you about it should you decide that you want to reach out. Thank you again, and I hope to see you on another Turks and Caicos vacation in the future. Best Regards, Courtnee Howell

My husband and I travelled to Seven Stars mid-January for a quick getaway. Seven Stars is one of the nicest resorts we've stayed at. Very, very clean and comfortable. We were greeted with warm towels and a tropical drink. We checked in while enjoying the beautiful lobby and our luggage was brought up for us. Turn down service every night was a luxury! The beach is amazing as is the beach-side service. We had the same server (Lila) everyday and he was so friendly and accommodating! The food was very good. We went to the Deck twice- had great service one night and meh service the second night. We also ate at Seven which was delicious. One night we ate at Hemmingways about 1.5 miles down the road and would highly recommend. Breakfast buffet every morning was very good. We had lots of $5 bills for tips and cash for the cabs. We used fast track for the airport and probably saved 2-3 hours of waiting in line upon arrival using this service!! Didn't really need it leaving T&C but we left on a Monday. We also used the MPC app which expedited our wait for customs upon re-entry into the USA-it's free and there's a separate line for MPC users at customs. Would love to return some day!
