Oasis restaurant will give you an experience of a lifetime. We hosted a dinner party there, and by the way they're not open for dinner only breakfast and lunch. But the service and staffs was AMAZING! And the ambiance was breath taken Victor worked with me from first contact and afterwards to make sure everything was going according to what I wanted. Ben and his team offered a spectacular service. There food presentation was on point and mouth watering, melted on our taste buds. It was more than what we expected. I definitely recommend visiting Oasis restaurant GraceBay and ask for Victor.

Located across the street from the Grace Bay beach might sound like a negative, but with a less than 5 min walk through a parking lot to the street access or a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach (also walk through Grace Bay Club), you end up with much quieter resort than one right on the beach. Oasis has 2 pools, Amazing Staff, and only 30+ rooms if I'm not mistaken. So even at full capacity you may feel like you have this resort to yourself. Rooms come with a Nespresso machine and free coffee. Though you may need to ask for mugs as the pods vary in size and the room came with espresso and double espresso cups so read the pods ml first to be sure you don't overflow ;p Our Room, and it looks like every room has a balcony with a couch and table and carpet. It's nice, but after a rain storm it takes days to dry. Be sure to move the pillows in to prevent them from getting wet. At the time we were there they were renovating to add a restaurant and bar. (hopefully they offer a European plan (breakfast included)). They also have a collection of bikes you can ride to town on for free. "Town" is about a 5 min bike ride away. Most resorts in TCI are not all inclusive, so finding one that is near to restaurants will play an important role. Oasis is located very close to a few excellent options. I highly recommend CocoVan. Come in October and you'll be one of only a few people in the resort... and the beach. The Beach. The resort has it's own section on the beach, with 2-3 chairs and 1 table per umbrella. They provide Clean Cold water on the beach (tastes better than the hotel). You can bring Floaties from the resort as well (just need to sign them out). It's a public beach, but it's not busy/crowded and is super clean. Every day just about a crew cleans up any seaweed that comes to shore. Coconut Water is expensive $15, $20 with Rum. But they come back and open the coconut for you so you can eat it too if you like. The Pelican is a nearby restaurant that will have a server stop by once or twice a day to ask if you'd like anything. Water sports guys roam the beach and may ask you from time to time if you are interested. What's nice, is that never did anyone selling anything try to pressure a sale. You never feel obligated to do something you don't really want. They are just really nice people there and great you by name. One gentleman (Kevin I think?) spent 15 min. of his time helping us find sunglasses that got caught up in the waves... after finding them, spent another 15 min, helping another person who did the same thing looking for ours. (he found them too even after they gave up!) Feedback to the resort: The balcony carpet took 5 days to dry. Either small or no carpet would be better. The balcony can use a Rack/Hook system to hang wet suits and gear to dry. The Bathroom shower. Rain heads are fancy, but when less than 2ft from the doorless entry, water gets everywhere. Next Reno, place closer to far wall, or put in a glass door. The AC and Fan could use some instructions. Black out curtains. The sheer ones are nice but the main curtains don't stop daylight.

This resort is amazing. Service, service, service. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are top notch. The oasis has a boutique and romantic feel. You feel like you have the resort to yourself. I have stayed here with 2 people and recently 13. The staff never missed a beat. I got married at the resort and they did an outstanding job. It could have not been more beautiful. I have traveled extensively and the oasis has been one of my favorites and why I chose to get married there. The staff makes you feel like family. A special shout out to Dendrika and Sawsan. Thank you so much.

Upon our arrival, my husband and I were greeting & treated like a King & Queen! After we checked-in they walked us to our room & once inside our room it was perfect! The decor was breathtaking. The room was cool. The balcony was really nice! There was an iPad w/all the instructions to make our visit easier and extra special! It was the small things that truly impressed me… their customer service is top notch! They were very accommodating to meet our needs. The grounds, landscaping and pool area are gorgeous! We will definitely lodge there again when we visit TCI🇹🇨

My wife and I booked our stay at the Oasis at Grace Bay for our honeymoon. Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and extremely welcoming. The property itself was clean and well kept. The lady at the front desk Beverly was so helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Anything we needed or had questions about, she was there to help insure we had a great time and well taken care of. The restaurant on site was delightful and was a great breakfast option for us. The manager Victor made sure we were having a great time from the moment we met until our last day. Always greater us with a smile and had time for a conversation. Elwood was one of the maintenance guys. No matter how busy he was fixing odds and ends on the property, he always stopped to chat with us and make our stay at the oasis was everything we hoped for. Everything we wanted to do on TCI was walking distance or biking distance (bikes provided) which made it easy to venture out away from the resort. We had the option of two different pools on site with towels provided. The beach was a short 10 min walk or a 2 min shuttle ride that went from sun up to sun down. The Oasis even provided service ON THE BEACH. I would definitely stay here again. Aside from the resort itself, I think what really made this trip was the people working there. They exceeded all of our expectations. We had a couple issues that were resolved in a timely manner and those items go a long way in the customer service industry. Thank you all for making sure my wife and I enjoyed every bit of our honeymoon!

Loren the owner was absolutely amazing, great customer service. The staff was kind, like family, Beverly, Dendrika, Alan, and hotel manager, were just amazing our entire stay. Top tier service, greeted with kindness, helped orchestrate my birthday surprise with flowers and champagne, even helped me practice on the bike before trying to take it out. Downside-no gym on-site, but yoga space and bikes for some cardio. This hotel is beautiful, we stayed in a suite, clean, semi-modern and traditional island decor, great food and the restaurant affiliated next door. 2 pools, thy got us coconuts from the trees on the property. There are regular and E-bikes to borrow on the property, free wi-fi. Quick taxi service for any where on the islands, great info. on local events provided by the staff, golf cart shuttle to the beach 5 minutes away with lounge chairs and bar service. A great place to stay just 10 min. from downtown and walking distance to Aziza and great restaurants nearby. Must stay in their suite when in TCI. Thank you Loren and staff for one of the best birthdays ever.

The Oasis is a small hotel located near the beach with a lot of great qualities. The location was perfect, most everything in town was within walking distance, unless you choose to take a taxi, which the hotel can arrange for you! The area was incredibly clean and safe. A lovely golf cart will take you right to the beach at your convenience. Special shoutouts to Beverly at the front desk who was beyond welcoming, patient, and friendly as well as Whitley who would drive us to and from the beach on the golf cart and was always friendly and warm to us. Additionally, Alan who was also very accommodating; thank you for the fresh coconuts!!! ~Bonita

This hotel was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. The power and Wi-Fi continuously went out. The rooms were barely cleaned on the daily and we had to request new towels. The restaurant closes at 4 PM everyday but the kitchen closes at 3. The front desk was unprofessional. The only highlight of this hotel is it is in the prime location of Grace Bay. Very close to Azusa & Coco Bistro. Besides it’s physical location there is nothing positive I have to say about this resort. I will never book here again.

With all due respect towards those who have positively rated this property, it is another photoshopped average place where nothing works! Specifics: - Internet/wifi: it is intermittent all day long. Excuse: it does not work when it is cloudy, when it rains, when it is stormy, or when the clouds are near by. Practically it only works 20% of the time. to be fair you are told at check in when the deposit has been taken. - Air conditioning: WHEN it works, it cannot be modulated. Freezing or OFF. You will also enjoy an early wake up call by nature because there are no black out curtains, so you are in the sun light bright and early. - Musty smell in the room. I have been to many Islands this is worse than what is considered normal. Overall depressing. - Buggy system to access your room. It has a code not a key. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. A clever intention gone wrong. The property reminds me of a Florida Motel, the room resembles a college dorm. THE GOOD: The E-Bikes...when they remember to charge them. The location.

This was the perfect stay for first time visit to Turks! Loved the location and the hotel was beautiful and modern. The customer service was spectacular. Special thanks to Jenny at the front desk, the shuttle guys and the workers at Aplo. We loved how lowkey this hotel was and it felt like we were the only ones there. The shuttle ride to the beach was maybe a minute tops, which was no issue at all! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to return!!!
