We had our groceries delivered prior to arrival and they stocked our kitchen perfectly for a fee. Again, nice touch. Shaquell and the rest of the staff are so friendly and attentive. We needed working hair dryers as we have 4 ladies and a photo shoot scheduled, and they brought one to us right away. Shaquell even went above and beyond to take one of our friends to a local store for necessary lady products. The unit we were in was perfect for us 103E. Ground floor right on the beach. The sunroom door opens up to take you straight to the beach path. There were always plenty of chairs available at any time during the day. The Cabana Bar & Grill next door served our hotel guests right on the beach, so it was OK that the hotel itself doesn't have food or bar. There are 2 options to eat from right next door a very short walk on the beach. We even enjoyed outdoor spa services right next door as well. It didn't feel like a hassle at all that our hotel didn't have these amenities, bc they were all so close. It was a quiet stretch of beach, very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are HUGE and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. Full washer and dryer for clothes. The sunroom was awesome! There was a soundbar in the living room where I streamed music each evening while we got ready. Would stay here again and again! Remember to get your gate code before arrival. Staff leaves at 5pm. They will give you a cell phone to reach after hours!

Hotel's Favorite
The title says it all: My wife and I (without our three kids :) recently stayed at The Tuscany for 4 days in July 2022 and it truly was everything we hoped it would be. Beginning from before we arrived, the staff made sure they knew when our flight was coming in and made efforts to help us secure excursions and anything else we’d need to take care of before we arrived. Then, when we did arrive, right when you come enter the private gate—secured by an access code for entry—you’re met by beautifully manicured grounds, including pristine tennis courts (more on that later). When we made our way to reception the staff could not have been more helpful, making sure we had what we needed and that our room was perfect. This was a theme throughout our stay—the staff, and particularly Terria, were wonderful and so helpful throughout our stay (right down to the end, when we accidentally neglected to return one of our room keys, for which they were so accommodating—thank you!). Now to the room and location—and this is really why you should stay here. We chose The Tuscany as it looked beautiful, close enough to other attractions, but while at the “quiet” end of Grace Bay—and it lived up to our expectations. We were in 303W and it was magnificent. The room was stunning, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with whatever one would need for the kitchen. The screened in balcony overlooking the property’s private beach—and just a few hundred feet away from the ocean—was our favorite place to hang out. Although it was screened in, it was done in a much better way than other properties I’ve stayed at so that our view and experience were not impacted, while keeping out insects etc. As for the beach itself, it was stunning, clean—and again, QUIET! The Tuscany (and its sister property The Venetian) really are at the very end of Grace Bay, and it could not be more pristine and relaxing. There was never a time during our stay that it was too crowded or that we couldn’t get a spot on the property’s complimentary beach chairs/tables/umbrellas. The beach alone—both being on it and the views from the room—make this all worth it. But The Tuscany has other perks too. The pool was beautiful and never crowded. Additionally, we began every day we were there with some tennis on their beautiful courts (for which they offer complimentary balls and rackets), and borrowed complimentary bikes (although I’d recommend bringing a helmet if that’s important to you, since they only have a few). Another nice perk is that the property is far enough away from most of the traffic to keep it private but still close enough to other places. And, just for basic groceries The Sandcastle convenience store is a 3 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride. In short: The Tuscany is truly the best of both worlds. Luxury accommodations with some amenities and concierge services on the one of the best beaches in the words, but still quiet and intimate—without the hustle and bustle of other parts of Grace Bay. We definitely will be back again!

From arrival to departure, the Tuscany staff and hotel did not disappoint. Spacious rooms right on the beach. Sunsets are amazing. Beach and pool was not crowded and was exactly what our family was looking for. We had room to move around and just relax without interruption and battling for space on the beach or by the pool.

The condominium we stayed in was beautiful and luxurious. Exceeded our expectations. This resort is perfect for families and couples. Very quiet and not at all crowded. There are several restaurants that are within walking distance or a short drive away but you're able to enjoy the beach in this area without large crowds of tourists.

My wife and I and our two sons (19 & 17) spend 5 amazing days at the Tuscany. The spacious space was perfect - upscale, modern, clean - with 3 bedrooms, each with their own full bath; TVs in each room; a fully stocked kitchen; laundry and a screened in porch that led right onto the beach. The Tuscany offers a grocery service, which we took advantage of, which allowed us to arrive with a stocked fridge and pantry. We had breakfast and lunch in our apartment, then ventured out for dinner. There are several grills available to guests to use. There is a large pool in the center courtyard of the resort. However, the beaches are so perfect we chose to stay there. The Tuscany does not have a restaurant but the neighboring resort does, which is only steps away. Good place for food and drinks. They also have staff that will take drink and food orders on the beach. The beach is amazing! Soft, white sand and crystal clear warm waters. Since The Tuscany and its sister property The Venetian are the easternmost resorts on Grace Bay, the beach is quiet and not crowded. It feels like a private beach. There is a place next door to rent paddle boards, kayaks, catamarans, or set up boat tours. The staff as the Tuscany was A+ incredible, especially Ms. Shawnamae who oversees day to day operations. They treated us like family and helped with booking activities and making dinner suggestions. We had an amazing time and will definitely return!

Hi emjonez, Thank you so much for such a wonderful and in-depth tripadvisor review of our beloved Tuscany! So happy to hear that you took advantage of the grocery shopping service that The Tuscany offers! It's just so nice to arrive at the Tuscany, check in and not have to fee like you have to run out to the grocery store! Glad to hear, too, that you loved the beach at the Tuscany! We love our quiet end of the beach and it's always nice to hear that our guests love it as much as we do! Thank you for writing up a TA review of your stay and always, a special thank you for the "shout out" for our staff! They are amazing and make the Tuscany what it is -- a true gem! Can't wait to have you and your family come back for your second visit!

We just returned from a week at the Tuscany. This amazing property only has 30 units all facing Grace Bay and the most magnificent beach and sunsets. It was never crowded. You could always get beach chairs and the pool was open. Walk down the beach to the bay on the left and go out about shoulder deep and you will find amazing seashells! We were in E402. It was beautifully updated and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. We only rented 2 rooms but it appears all units have 3 bedrooms and they lock one if you only rent 2. Daily housekeeping service was included so I truly got a break too! Kitchen is well appointed if you choose to cook in. The restaurant at the next door property was steps away by beach or through your parking lot. It is honestly closer than some of the dining in larger places we have stayed. The food was great and it was right at the beach. They also offer beach drink service to the Tuscany guests throughout the day. Shawnemae and Shaquell offered excellent concierge service can book anything you need. We did the Island Vibes 1/2 day snorkel they booked for us and it was great! Saw lots of beautiful fish and had fun on the water. The property has a fitness room my husband and daughter enjoyed. We rented a car for the week and were glad we had it. Grace Bay Rentals at the airport offers a 10% off discount to Tuscany guests. Turks itself was a charming town. We had great dinners and perfect weather. The grocery store had mostly brands you see in the US. It was expensive but you found what you wanted. You can bring in any dry sealed packaged products. We brought a tote bag on the plane with breakfast, snack, pasta etc. then supplemented with groceries there. We visited Taylor Bay one morning and ate at Omar's Beach House. Fun excursion if you have a car. The Tuscany is the perfect place to get away and truly relax. We would definitely return.

Hi Susie, Thank you for much for such a thorough review of your stay at the Tuscany! It is because of reviews like yours that allows TripAdvisor guests to get a first hand review of how one's stay is at The Tuscany! Thank you for your honesty in your review and such detail! We are thrilled that you loved your stay at The Tuscany - and that you loved going over to Cabana Cafe next door and getting their poolside/beachside service as well! Since we don't have an on-site restaurant, Cabana Cafe is our "off-site" restaurant, offering everything you would want in in an all-inclusive resort! Thanks, too, for the shout out for Shawna and Shaquell! The Tuscany takes such pride in helping their guests have a wonderful and memorable -- and stress free vacation! We hope you return soon -- and thanks again for letting TA reviewers know that you felt The Tuscany was the perfect place to get away and truly relax!

We just returned from our PERFECT vacation. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo (W301) at the Tuscany and I cannot say enough about this place! Extremely clean, beautiful furnishings, the best view of the turquoise waters, comfy beds and linens and a full kitchen with everything you need! Having so much space for our family of 5 was perfect and loved the huge screened porch for taking in the view and having morning coffee. The beach is meticulous and the resort ensures there are plenty of chairs for guests. This area is the best of both worlds - close enough to the town in Grace Bay for shops and restaurants, but at the end of the busier section so it feels quiet and private. The water is beautiful, clear and calm. We enjoyed a private boat tour with snorkeling that Shaquell booked for us. Shaquell, Coretta , Shawnemae and the rest of the Tuscany team were amazing!!!! They arranged all our activities and dinner reservations . Every recommendation was spot on !!! We dined at Hemingway's, Bay Bistro, Opus and Infiniti. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco in our room with a card for my birthday!!!! Though no on-site restaurant, the Cabana Bar next door has great food and drinks and will deliver to the beach which we enjoyed very much. We highly recommend staying at the Tuscany and will definitely return soon!!

Dear totoniti, A perfect vacation cannot be beat! It makes the staff happy to know that you had a wonderful family vacation at the Tuscany in April! First of all, our housekeeping staff are the best, as you saw first-hand! They keep the condos in pristine and beautiful condition, and thank you for your comments about our "stretch of beach". The beach attendants do a great job at keeping everything clean and it's nice to be able to walk out on the beach and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas for guests! Glad, too, that you discovered Cabana Cafe! We consider it our "off-site" restaurant as you discovered, too, how easy it is to walk over there and grab breakfast, lunch or dinner! It sounds like you experienced so much fun while you were on the island, too! Happy birthday! It's all about our guests' stay. We know our oceanfront condos are well-appointed but it is the staff at the Tuscany who make it the resort it is! Thank you for your TA review and we look forward to your return soon!

It was our first big(much needed) getaway since the start of the pandemic. After researching extensively on where to stay on Grace Bay, The Tuscany fit what I was looking for. I wanted a beachfront , modern property with large living space for a family of 4("kids" 18y & 20yr) without the hustle and bustle of a large resort during peak travel season. The open air reception area overlooking the inviting pool was so welcoming after long hours of travel. There was no line to check in , room was ready, staff unloaded luggage and escorted to our room while orienting us to their facilities , and amenities. Every room is beachfront with an expansive screened in balcony or patio . We appreciated a 3rd floor accomodation as an upper level was requested on booking. It was a great impression right away with the warm personal attention from staff , Shawnamae and the man who helped with luggage. Our room was immaculate and the grounds were nicely maintained. It was nice having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out. There were many loungers and umbrellas available at any time of the day at the beach and pool. It seemed like we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves or only a handful of people most times we went . No getting up at 7am and needing to claim a spot like other bigger resort or all inclusive from reviews I read. There is no restaurant on the property can easily go next door and dine at the Cabana bar which has large variety on the menu and full bar offerings. We ate their twice for convenience. I saw their staff taking orders and delivering on the beach for Tuscany clientele during our stay. Expect high prices but that is the norm on Provo. We had a car rental so going to restaurants, excursions and other beaches to explore, making stops at the convenient groceries was not a problem. It's a small , safer island than others in the Caribbean so experiencing other areas /beaches was easy. No watercrafts are offered on the property. We did a half day snorkeling excursion from the Ritz Carlton , rented jet skis and SUP at Sapodilla Bay, and snorkeled at the Bight Reef. We're not the type who wants to just stay within a resort for the week so no restaurants or watercrafts onsite didn't bother us. The hotel's area on the beach was quiet, relaxing and most of all uncrowded. They have pool noodles and mats to float and laze about in the sea. We would highly recommend and return to The Tuscany as it delivered and exceeded my criteria in choosing a resort on Provo.

Where do I begin? Been here for 5 times. Stayed at many great resorts. Nothing beats Tuscany. Every single person that works here is amazing. Today, on our first full day, my 83 year old dad fell on way to pool. To tell you the attention and love we got was immeasurable. The manager, her team are wonderful. On a better note: amazing rooms, quiet. Love it.

Dear Happiness273296, Thank you for choosing the Tuscany as your resort in the TCI! The Tuscany staff are indeed amazing. I am so sorry about your father's fall and we hope that he recovers quickly. Just thankful that nothing was broken and that he heals while he is at what we all know is the most comfortable, peaceful and beautiful resort in the TCI! The Tuscany staff is what sets us apart from the other resorts on the island! They are genuine, kind, and always helpful to guests! So glad that you love your condo and that the rest of your stay goes well! Thanks for writing up a sweet and kind review on TA!
