The Windsong is an amazing resort on a peaceful beach surrounded by great watersports for the family. Lots of snorkeling and kayaking for the family with top service and amenities made available to us. We found October the perfect time to go as nothing was too crowded, but things were crowded enough to be open and lively. The staff were accommodating, helpful for outside resort activities, and overall just genuinely friendly team. The rooms and suite (we stayed in the 2Bdroom Ocean View Suite) were fantastic. The team cleaned daily and provided turn down service. Highly recommend and we're looking to going again in the near future.

We researched the resorts on Provo and we picked the perfect place for our vacation. Windsong was relaxing and took care of every detail. Our room was big and the view direct to the ocean. Khalil, Samuel, Heiry and all the staff were very attentive. The beach and water sports attendee was so much fun, playing with the kids and engaging. The Reef is literally right there! The clear bottom kayaks were fun! The food was very good, we had breakfast & lunch at the resort each day and went out to explore for dinner. We did indulge in the Spa too and the best massage ever! There isn't anything more I could have asked for. The best part of Provo & Windsong, is the people, the citizens of the Turks & Caicos Islands, make you feel like family. We had fun all around the island exploring and enjoying amazing food. Weather was absolutely perfect!

The hotel was excellent. Clean, spacious, with excellent views. Right outside is a snorkeling area where we saw two turtles, flounders, striped fish, coral reefs. Turik who runs the water sport area is very friendly and took us out on a hobie cat (which is included!). You can also paddle board for free there. The hotel's restaurant, JoJo's cafe is very good. Really liked the lobster benedict and fish tacos. Service can be slow -- that's island style. And call Michael for taxi rides (costs approx $11 per person from hotel to airport). He is very professional and responsible and seems to really care about helping customers get to places on a timely manner.

We stayed a week in a oceanfront one bedroom. Staff: Generally fine, one really friendly Haitian working in the restaurant. Also maybe the concierge could add some extra tour options as they were fairly limited and we ended up arranging them on our own. The cleaning staff was very good and really friendly every time we saw them. Room : We requested a quietly located room and ours was exactly that. 3th floor beautiful seaview. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen (Microwave, oven, toaster, 2 coffee machines, really everything you need) . Comfortable bed. Can't really find anything bad other than the curtains which aren't full black out. Also a bit of a nuisance is that you can only control the A/C over the whole apartment and not separately by room. I'd give the room 5 stars though! Food : Breakfast is super basic. You can choose 3 items of a 6 items menu. Every day the same. You can order any other item for a fee. I believe it's the poorest 4 star breakfast I have ever seen. There are Holiday inn express or Ibis who have a better assortiment included for breakfast. Atleast the quality of the food was fine. The lunch and dinner were fine, quality and taste was good. Hotel grounds/beach: This is the biggest reason I gave it 5 stars. The hotel had the best location on the whole island. The reef is the best accessible reef from the beach you can find in Providenciales. We went to other reefs such a Smiths Reef and the one in front of the hotel is the Best. On some days we saw rays, up to 10 turtles and really alot of fishes. Beautiful. For seeing turtles swim just passed the reef until the end of the swim zone, they come up once every 10-20min for air. The hotel grounds are very clean and neat also. Bear in mind that in the future they are planning to construct another building next to the original Windsong. We did the covid test in the hotel and it was very well organized. The shuttle to the supermarket is convenient as well due to the limited restaurants you can walk to. It's a quiet resort, not the noisy entertainment all inclusive kind further down the road. I'd definitely stay here again, cheaper room options seem fine too for those who don't want to spend alot. I hope they improve the breakfast options though.

We had the BEST time staying on Windsong on the Reef for our honeymoon. First, we suggest to anyone coming to Provo to rent a car, we rented a Suzuki for $260 (8days) on Hertz. Best decision since Provo has so much to offer on different beaches, shops & restaurants around the whole island. Windsong was the BEST hotel, SUPER clean, BEST coral reef, AMAZING water sports (free), even a small sailing boat that Gustav took us for a 20 minute trip! We wanted to Parasail and Gustav called the guy and was here in 20 minutes! Go snorkeling, paddleboarding and clear kayaking: AMAZING!!!! Lunch was good, although we went to lunch and dinner to a lot of different places to enjoy every second of our trip! Our room was AMAZING, 1 bedroom suite included a small kitchen with everything, we went to IGA to get some groceries and we cooked simple breakfast in our room (they offer free croissants etc in the hotel rest). Room service (cleaning) came TWICE a day, first they clean the room and change towels, second (5pm) they change towels again! The service from the time you step on the lobby is GREAT! Beach is AMAZING and its steps away from your room! Also, beach is super clear, beach chairs were amazing and you have beach service for drinks and food! Its a SUPER calm hotel, not a noisy place and you can go to the pool and relax or the beach! We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! In fact, we visited other hotels like the Ritz for lunch etc but nothing compares to the Windsong for the amazing service and so clean, we felt like home! In resume; we’re for sure coming back every year and we suggest everyone to rent a small cheap car (they make the same function) to travel around the island and get to experience different places that are NOT in the tourist area like: Pelican beach, Conch Shack, Sui Ren Restaurant, Casino, Leeward Beach, etc! THANK YOU Omar, Gustav, Front Desk people, and Room Service girls, etc for making our honeymoon so special and great! We look foward to seeing you guys soon!!!! -Roman Family
