One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the Turks and Caicos after 17 times going to this island. We went in January 2020. I will never again go to the Beach House again. Their Personel are rude and unreasonable. They’re also very discriminating when it comes to their dress code. We went dressed up and one of us in the group had Birkenstocks. They allowed people with sports jerseys, sneakers and construction boots as well as flip flops when their dress code says NOT ALLOWED. We asked front desk to speak with GM and executive chef Jadon came out and was worse than Myra. We asked him to explain what was written on the dress code and he said “that’s your interpretation”. After trying to get a General Manager, to which's they refused, we left and said we would never come back. Very unreasonable and rude.…
Visited the Italian swim up pool! Andrew, bishop & all the co workers were wonderful bartenders! Made you smile & sang some great songs! They also did so me cool tricks with plastic drink glasses & drinks ! They were always happy made you all smile ! They made you feel special on your vacation
I stayed at the Caribbean and wished my travel agent had given me the choice of staying at the yeah Italian area and the Liquor was watered down so we had to go the store buy good liquor to get a buzz.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! The pool is like the size of a literal kiddie pool. We had a dried up male refuse toilet paper rag left. The bar at the beach closes at 445pm, it's adult only who leaves the beach that early??? We are told no reservations needed for dinner. Put our name down 90min later still not seated empty tables everywhere. Stay far far away. Huge scam!
Our trip was amazing! The entire staff was friendly and attentive! They were constantly checking on us to make sure our stay was perfect. Great food and drinks! One of the nights of our stay we had dinner on the beach and it was excellent! Dio and Carlton were our favorite staff members, they went above and beyond for us! We can’t wait to come back!
This place is truly the best experience we’ve ever had on vacation. From start to finish! The vibe and service was exceptional. Worth every single penny! If you’re contemplating going. STOP. Book and thank me later
I'd like to start by saying that from day you arrive til the day you leave, you will be treated like royalty. Exceptional staff. Exquisite food. Amazing atmosphere. The Beach House has absolutely everything you need and want from a unique hotel. We had the beach view room which was a minute walk. Absolutely gorgeous beach, vibe and energy. I was blown away thru the whole experience. I highly recommend coming here.
Food and alcohol was good Butler/concierge (Meshelle) was very helpful and sweet Head waiter (Dio) was so accommodating Wonderful to have beach chairs reserved in same spot every day Access to sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear Staff very friendly Clean, modern beachy style and very large rooms very close to the beach Shuttle service offered to 2 sister resorts but do not run as often as we would have liked and taxis are very expensive Alcohol was not top shelf but that is expected at an all inclusive Quiet resort but can be a bit too sleepy after dinner so if you want to have a more lively atmosphere you can go to sister resort Alexandra
I have read several of the reviews on here prior to visiting and what many people have said is true on certain issues. Dining: The food at Beach House is superb! However, limited choice menu gets a bit boring. They change the soup and the dessert each day. Why can't there be a special for each day on the entrees? That would help to vary the menu a bit, but, this is still a first class restaurant Also ate at Fire & Ice which also was excellent. Ate in Fish place behind the Sushi restaurant and that also had very good food. Ate one nite in Alexandria buffet. That night, food was ok. Nothing as great as the other places. More geared towards family fare. Staff: The staff in all of these places that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I have to say that we really had VERY enjoyable experiences from each and every one of them. Dio is awesome! He checks up on you constantly to make sure that you are enjoying everything about your stay. As others have said: Reserving your beach chair every day is HUGE! I have been to other resorts where you have to fight with butlers or load your chair with things to insure you can have it for the day. Getting up early to run to get a chair is a joke when you are paying big bucks for a resort, so, other places should take a lesson from Beach House. Maid service was superb. They did everything perfectly and were very prompt in getting their work done. I cannot remember the name of our maid, so, if Beach House is reading this, please give a shout out to the maid who handled Deserved during my stay July 4th week. Someone commented the place needs a bit of a makeover. Yes, some of the things in the room were not perfect. The fan lights did not work. The bath fan did not work. Some bath tiles were chipped or broken. But, I do appreciate that keeping everything in tip top order is difficult and pricey. Having drink menus everywhere and having so many selections was quite enjoyable. We started with a Shermanator which is one of the signature drinks. The beach is incredible. Almost like walking on white powder. I had read that this is one of the finest beaches throughout the world. I know Aruba also has world renowned beaches, but, this one was up to it's billing. And the view from the room was spectacular each day.…
My husband and I stayed at The Beach House from July 5th - 11th and we had such a wonderful time. We loved the size of the property which is why we booked the trip. We wanted quiet, good food, comfortable rooms, beautiful beach, great staff and we got all that and more. I can't say enough about the staff...Dio, Carleton, Theresa, Meschell, Sly...and all the staff were amazing! We didn't ask but they did a 5 year anniversary dinner for us on the beach, totally unexpected and we loved it. The rooms were huge. We stayed in Dream and loved waking up to the view of the water each day and lounging on the day bed. We did go to the Alexandra for Sushi dinner...it was fabulous! We hope to make our way back soon even if for just a long weekend.
