Best trip I’ve ever been on. The hotel is better than I even expected - we rented an oceanfront suite and were blown away by the views every morning. The resort, and all of the amenities, are clean and well kept. Every meal we had was better than the last. Of all the employees at the resort, Trishauna working the pool bar was by far the BEST and sweetest. She is so personable, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. Mustafa, who welcomed us, was also very nice & helpful as we settled in. We will absolutely be back to see the beautiful water and say hi to Trishauna! I can’t say enough good things about her.

Hotel's Favorite
This was our third trip since 2019 to the Alexandra Resort in Grace Bay. As usual, we had a fantastic time. The water is crystal clear, the soft white sand on the beach is always clean and free of seaweed or algae and the smaller scale of the resort is more appealing to us than some larger resorts we have stayed at in the past. Despite the smaller footprint, options for food, beverages and entertainment are exceptional. Kids: While this resort welcomes families with kids, the resort is not centered around entertaining them. The attraction for us and most adults is the pristine beach, though they also have a nice pool and a small jungle gym on the interior of the resort. I can't say I have ever used the pool because the beach is perfect for swimming laps or just floating in the cool waters. Food: Food is marvelous and the options get better with every vacation we take there. You'll never go hungry. Resort choices are plentiful. "The Fish Deck" (reservations required); delicious fish-centered dishes beautifully plated with additional food choices including chicken or beef. My husband's favorite is the coconut shrimp appetizer. Our server, Marilin is funny, helpful and attentive. She has served us on previous vacations, so it was nice to reconnect with a great employee. "Black Rock" (reservations required); tender beef cuts and creative sides served on sizzling plates while overlooking the ocean. Our server Milan was professional, efficient, attentive and kind. "Truck Stop"; a fantastic array of options including deliciously seasoned fish tacos, shrimp tacos, beef or chicken skewers, roasted veggies, potatoes and more. My favorite here is the BBQ Tenderloin Beef Skewers. Our regular encounters with our server Carlina were delightful. She is friendly, makes great recommendations and always served us attentively. "Asu Buffet"; a daily buffet offering nicely presented fruits, veggies, scrambled/hard boiled eggs, omelets and a variety of meats including sausage, bacon and other dishes. "Dragon Orchid" (reservations required) is a sushi restaurant. Though we don't eat sushi, guests I have spoken with were pleased with the menu. "Irie Bites" grill does seasoned chicken with rice & beans and corn on a daily basis, just off the beach for a quick lunch. "Turquois Grill" offers pizzas, burgers, fries, etc. from afternoon until midnight. "Fire & Ice" (reservations required) is fine dining at the sister resort, Blue Haven, which you can reach by free shuttle. They offer an expansive and exciting menu of fish, beef and chicken dishes. "Salt" is a casual grill at the Blue Haven marina that doesn't require reservations. We haven't eaten there but spoke with a guest who enjoyed the food. Drinks: "Smoothie Bar" open from early morning until 2pm will mix delicious fresh fruits, juices, syrups and milks to order. We enjoyed a daily afternoon pick-me-up from this stand. Robert and Mary, manning the blender each morning, did a fantastic job serving up good vibes. "Coconut Bar" is the main bar in the center of the resort. Several bartenders rotate shifts here, and I've never been disappointed by any of them. Particularly exceptional in their roles are Skylers (long-time Alexandra Resort bartender, loved by staff and guests alike), Trishauna who expertly took care of our needs in the afternoons, Franko who smiled and energetically served us and brought joy to everyone at the bar. Also, Nahtaly, a new transplant from Colombia, who was interesting, engaging, and worked non-stop mixing cocktails with a happy disposition and desire to please her guests. Accommodations: We've only stayed in the one-bedroom ocean-front suites, which are spacious and completely equipped with full kitchens; large dining table (seats 6), dishwasher, washer/dryer, 1 full bath with tub and separate shower, 2nd half bath. The full balcony has another large table (seats 6) and 2 cushioned chairs with ottomans. The views are stunning. Fridge is stocked daily with lots of water, soda pop and local beer. If you want something extra or just more of something you like, call the front desk and it will be delivered. Our housekeeper, Madeline Jean thoroughly cleaned our rooms daily and took care of any requests we had. She was marvelous, friendly and her work ethic, admirable. Recommendations: --Bring cash in small bills (singles, fives, tens) to tip the servers, housekeeping and bartenders. Everyone works extremely hard to make your vacation wonderful and a little generosity is definitely appreciated. --Bring a stainless-steel cup with a cap (ie. Yeti) The beach is hot and you'll appreciate having this item to keep your smoothie, ice water or cocktail cold. --Beach chairs are plentiful. While it's fine to get up early and claim a seat, don't be that chair hog-- rising at 5:30am to claim 6 chairs, (dropping toys or other junk on them) so that your friends/family can sleep till noon or not show up all day. Everyone wants to have a great vacation and most of the guests we have encountered are courteous and thoughtful. --Shared taxi vans (bring cash) are waiting right outside the airport to take you to your hotel. Pricing at this time is $28 one-way. Again, tips are not required but certainly appreciated. The resort will also arrange for your taxi back to the airport upon check-out. --Check out the Fish Fry on Thursday nights, just a short 15-minute walk from the resort. There is music, food, dancing and a Junkanoo band parade. A fun diversion.

We had the absolute best time at this resort and are already planning our next trip back. Everyone was been so nice, but Trishauna, the bartender at the pool, was extraordinary. She not only made fantastic drinks, but she was the absolute kindest and most personable person that we had the pleasure to cross paths with daily during our stay here. The woman who books activities is also very kind. Thank you for the most perfect trip! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Honestly, the worst service I’ve ever received at any hotel I’ve been to, whether all-inclusive or not. For restaurant reservations we’ve been in lines of 15+ people with no hostess in sight for prolonged periods of time. None of the workers appear to care or seemed rushed. There were multiple times were tables would be available and yet customers would be waiting in lines until workers dragged their feet to come to the hostess desk to sit us. No real manners. No please, thank you, your welcomes for the most part. It was pretty shocking overall. The place has potential, but is managed horribly. To makes worse, most of the food and drinks were not good. Even though it is an all inclusive, we found ourselves leaving the restore many times to eat because it was that disappointing. Even the alcoholic drinks were made very poorly with most have so much alcohol that were not drinkable….. do not recommend this resort whatsoever. Worst service and manners ever experienced at a resort. Beach is great but so many other better resorts. Shocked the reviews online for this place said anything good.

I had the most amazing spring break ever at the Alexandra Resort! I arrived alone from New Jersey two days before my family and the staff treated me so well and made me feel so safe. I arrived on Sunday, April 6, 2024, and we left on Saturday, April 13, 2024. I did not want to leave. Our view was amazing. We stayed in an ocean-view suite. Our rooms were cleaned daily and our refrigerator was also restocked daily. The beaches, the activities, the food, the people, the service, and the convenience it was an awesome experience that we'll never forget! Arnold, Judy Ann and Gloria (Asu restaurant), Forty (beach staff), Jordan (Fish Deck restaurant), Garnel, Dericka (activities/tours), and Giovanni (water sports) treated us so well, they anticipated and accommodated our every need very well. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay relaxing, fun, and safe.

Excellent in every way. Superb location directly on the beach, great food, clean as can be, lush landscaping, and very friendly staff. Especially Chef Auden, Farrar at the beach bar, Silvie’s jerk chicken, Sandra giving us ice, and Priscila for reservations.

My wife and I stayed at the Alexandra resort in Turks and Caicos from 4/8 to 4/13/24. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay there. The weather was perfect and the beach at Grace Bay is stunningly beautiful. Every staff member was pleasant, cheerful and eager to please. Visiting the sister resort, Blue Haven, allowed us to enjoy the complementary kayaks to explore mangrove island where we observed sea turtles and other wildlife. While all of the dining venues at each resort were more than satisfactory, our dinner at Blue Haven’s Fire and Ice restaurant was simply fabulous. We also especially enjoyed a snorkeling excursion aboard the Sand Dollar. The captain and crew went over-and-above to provide a fun and memorable experience. Off - property activities included a stroll through the main shopping area to pick up some souvenirs and an evening at the weekly “Fish fry” to experience local food and Caribbean culture. While other resorts in the area may be larger and or offer more sumptuous amenities, it’s hard to imagine a more enjoyable and relaxing getaway at a better value than the Alexandra resort at Grace Bay.

My family went away for 6 nights and it was an amazing time!! The staff was so friendly & welcoming and the property was a perfect size and not overwhelming. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was pool/partial ocean-view with an amazing large balcony. Shout out to Kimron, Rhazzor, Lettuce, Barbie, Farar, Judy ann and Suresh for making our time so fun! It was also my Dads birthday and everyone took on the celebrating to another fun level! Also Vinod the GM couldn’t be NICER! So personable to everyone on the property. We also had the chance to shuttle back and forth to the sister hotel, Blue Haven so it was great to have another beautiful resort to see/utilize with this all inclusive package.
