Everything about this resort was amazing. First, the staff!!! Each staff member would go out of their way just to make sure everyone is doing alright, they are extremely friendly, and they are easy to talk to. The entertainment, Pozitive Vybrationz Band, was much more than a band. Each and every member of this band is kind, caring, and FUN! Rhyeme, Romaine, Clive, DJ Ding, Milo, and Rafael are all quite amazing. Not to mention, there were many other staff members that would go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Jesus, Horacio, Davidson, Theresa, Farrah, and many others went above and beyond (I apologize if I spelled any names wrong). Aside from the staff, the rooms were spectacular. We had a family group of 7 people, so we had to get two separate rooms. The rooms were always cleaned to perfection, they left plenty of towels (somehow we always have a shortage of towels when we go other places). The balconies we had overlooked the beach and the crystal clear light blue water, and they were HUGE. Each room had a full kitchen, kitchen table, living room space (with a pull out bed couch), lounge chairs on the balcony, a large table on the balcony, two full bathrooms, one half bath, a king size bed, and two twin beds. To say the least, we were not disappointed one bit. The beach & pool were very clean. The beach, however, was amazing. The water is absolutely beautiful. No complaints in that area either. The food was also great. We went just a week ago, and the food options were limited due to COVID. Usually they have many different theme nights, but it was a little different when we went. Still amazing, though!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at the Alexandra Resort was! First of all the resort is updated and gorgeous. Our 2 bedroom suite was enormous and actually had a third surprise bedroom! We had a double balcony with tons of seating. The staff were amazing and truly attended to our every need. There was live entertainment every afternoon and every evening. Basketball and volleyball in the pool. Lots of floats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The food was delicious and plentiful. I work in healthcare and was worried about traveling during COVID. I was very impressed with the detailed precautions the resort took. Our only hiccup was a broken shower which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed while we were there. We were offered a different room but the thoughts of packing up a family of 5 and moving wasn’t worth it. So we all shared 1 shower. No biggie. Also worth noting is that because of COVID and low occupancy only 1 restaurant was opened at each meal and there were no buffets which I was glad to see. They did a nice job of varying the offerings and always brought us more food than we could eat. I would like to have seen some access to ice cream or snacks for the kids in between meals and at night. We had to purchase these from the gift shop which was a bit annoying since we payed for all inclusive. But again a very minor problem that certainly didn’t overshadow the wonderful time we had. It’s just a suggestion. We’d go again in a heartbeat!

The d.j, played good music! THE ENTERTAINMENT overall WAS GREAT! 2. The smoothie bar, YUMMY & refreshing after a long day of tanning & swimming, LISENDI makes the best smoothies & she is just the sweetest girl on the Island w/ her beautiful hazel eyes! The staff in the buffet area and resort, Jessica, you’re a dear, Thnk u for making us feel at home! Alexandra see you soon!

Had an awesome time at Alexandra Resort. Rhyeme, Romaine and the entertainment crew were so great with kids - young and old! The wait staff, including Theresa, Rose, and Edwin, were always joyful and made us feel special. On the beach, Wesle took excellent care of us. The staff overall - from housekeeping to security and everyone in between - were happy, welcoming, and always eager to serve.

Four of us visited the Alexandra resort for 6 nights. We were disappointed that the other resorts that made up Turks and Caicos Collection, Blue Haven and the Beach house were not reopened due to COVID -19. The Alexandra was a beautiful, clean and well run resort. Everyone was willing to assist and went over and above to make sure you enjoyed your vacation. There were 3 restaurants but only one opened each night. The menus were very good. There was no buffet but plenty of food ! The rooms were spacious, a suite with an ocean view, microwave fully stocked refrigerator and oven top. Housekeeping was terrific and brought you anything we needed There was Entertainment during the day and in the evening. The band Pozitive Vybratiionz was very entertaining and talented. (Rhyme, Romaine, Clive, Rafaelle, Milo and DJ Ding). Other people we wanted to recognize was the Bar staff, Farrah and Chidley, pool staff, Scott, restaurant staff, Theresa, Nicole and Renay , and Verona from the spa. We had a great time and would love to come back when it fully opens.
