Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights during Memorial Day weekend. It was a last minute booking and we were extremely happy with the accommodations. We were on a first level unit, 2 bedrooms with beautiful ocean views and a walk out terrace. The unit is new and modern and had all the amenities. We were able to walk right to the beach. There were lots of beach chairs available and not crowded at all. Grace bay is one of the best beaches. We were able to walk to many restaurants for dinner right along the beach. Staff was nice and cleaning was good. Only suggestion I would make is that the property need to have stronger WIFI. We would come back again for sure.

We stayed for 18 days from January 11-29 and absolutely loved it. This was a much-needed break after following both stay at home mandates and recommendations. This was our first time at Bianca Sands although not our first on TCI. We chose this resort condo for three primary reasons; (1) middle of Grace bay where there are no sea grass (unlike west part), (2) walking distance to market, (3) full kitchen 1 bedroom ocean front condo at an affordable price. Turned out that Bianca Sands was better than we had hope. The best stretch of beach on Grace Bay (IMO). This resort is set closer to the water so the views from ocean-front rooms are stunning. The chairs were sufficiently spaced and there were always avail spots away from others. The beach in front is not deep so the chairs also closer to the water. We love this part of Grace Bay as it’s all sand (no coral or sea grass) so the water is crystal clear all the way out. The condo was spacious, comfortable with stunning views. We were initially disappointed to be on the second floor but ended up appreciating it. It was convenient to take the stairs to avoid sharing the elevators with others. Smartly design resort as there are three sets of elevators and stairs (each end and middle) so we rarely ran into anyone. The second-floor ocean front offers an eye level vantage of the beach and ocean. Not being set back from the water means we hear the sound of the ocean from the living room as if we were on the beach. Unit 206 is spotlessly clean and includes all the kitchen amenities and appliances. We were also able to make pesto. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer as well as an additional powder room (1/2 bath). Service was excellent. Our experience with front desk folks, housekeeping, beach attendants and security were all positive. Everyone was professional, friendly and polite. Note that front desk is open during the day but there is always staff on site (security, etc). Personally, we prefer not to be doted. Especially during the pandemic, we prefer to be self-sufficient. It was luxurious for us not to have to interact with others unnecessarily. Located 5 minutes from Graceway market and a variety of restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, and bars. We walked to Graceway market every other evening (less crowded) and Caicos Bakery every other morning. We also take out from nearby restaurants. One minor glitch that was quickly resolved. Owner of 206 didn’t provide password to unit 206 wifi until the 6th day. The shared guest connection was spotty at times. Front desk resolved it and once we had the password, we had high speed for the rest of our stay. Silver lining was that we were mostly off line at the beginning of our stay. We love everything about this resort condo and look forward to returning soon. Bringing friends and family post-pandemic.

A lot to say about this property so buckle up: 1. Only trust recent reviews as a lot has changed at this property 2. Property is mixed condo/timeshare and hotel and it seems hotels role has diminished over time 3. Minimal to no amenities. Front desk was moved to a store front, housekeeping once per stay, gym needs to be reserved and lacks ac, tennis court needs to be reserved, no water on beach, no towel change etc. 4. Hotel is very quiet which we loved (benefit of condo setup) 5. Pool is beautiful 6. Help is sweet with the exception of Matthew who just comes off aggravated at all times (not sure if he is part of the hotel staff or a property manager who is beefing with the hotel staff but we did not like him at all) 7. Beautiful beach 8. No COVID tests on property compared to neighboring properties like Seven Stars or Grace bay (you can get tests a few blocks away, but they are pricier than the rates at neighboring hotels) 9. Fairly pricey in general all things considered 10. Well furnished apt. Stocked kitchen. Dish washer, washer dryer, Spacious 11. No noise from construction of st Regis next door as mentioned in earlier reviews, but there is tons of styrofoam blowing all over the property, in the pool from the work 12. Upon checking in, we were disappointed with our room and hotel refused to let us check out (this felt rude) 13. Which room you get matters. Pool view and lower floor ocean views are clearly inferior to upper floor ocean views. Make sure to find out which room you are getting before you book (this apples to the entire island) TLDR This is a very serene property that is perfect for someone looking to relax at a laidback facility. Don’t expect amenities, but the expect an empty feel and relaxed experience

We reserved an ocean front 2 bedroom condo for a 3 night stay. The condo was very clean and stocked well with dishes/cookware/towels. The view was wonderful and their beach is gorgeous. So relaxing to sit on the balcony or walk down the beach. Pool was clean and hardly anyone there. A very quiet place. When we were there the bar was not open and we did not see any staff to order drinks or food from. There is a cooler on the way to the beach though to pick up some waters. Overall the place is nice... they are building the ginormous ritz next door which is going to be an AMAZING property. Some complain of the construction but I did not notice it until walking directly in front or near it. Could not hear any in our condo but that may be because we were ocean front and not on the side of the ritz. The location is excellent as you can walk all around the town and head to a nearby bar or restaurant easily. I would recommend staying here.

My husband and I had been to Bianca Sands when it was The Regent Grands. We loved it so much that we decided to go back and take our son and his family. When we were about a month out I called Bianca Sands and asked not to be put in a condo on the side of Construction. There is a Ritz being built next to Bianca Sands. We were in a condo on the side that building is going on. We spent a lot of money on 2 units and we didn't think it was fair. We feel that we were mislead by the reservation group. If you go to Bianca Sands follow closely where your reservation is before committing. Oh, the bar at the pool isn't open, when we asked why we were told that there were management issues. Don't think we will return.
