My wife and I enjoyed our 5-day stay here. Short cab ride from the airport, easy check in, room was as advertised. Had a issue with the in-room mini fridge, call ed down to the front desk, problem was addressed immediately. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, included continental breakfast was a nice touch. A short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the beach, where they had chairs, kayaks, etc. available for your use. Many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again, might even consider the 3-bdr suites and bring the whole family next time!

This is a great budget option. Not far from the airport- Close to the beach, walking distance to shops and friendly staff. They offer beach loungers and activities at the beach, another plus. They offer breakfast and have a pretty good happy hour. I really enjoyed our stay.

Ports of Call is ideally located within walking distance of about 2-5 min of shops and restaurants. Rooms were perfectly clean and well appointed- we chose a king balcony room. Each room had a mini fridge and coffee maker but breakfast was included in their main breakfast area. Access to Grace bay beach was super easy as Ports of Call has a golf cart shuttle that can drop you off right at the beach if you prefer to not walk the 4 min there. Once at the beach they help you with a beach set up (loungers and umbrella) and they also have drinks available for purchase. Beach/pool towels are available at the front desk. We used the pool only once but it was nice to have access to it especially as there’s a small pool bar offering cocktails right next to it. All in all a very lovely stay made even better by the friendliness of the all the staff we encountered.

I think this is a moderately okay hotel. Not too fancy not too budget-y. The free breakfast was alright from 630-10 and there are free towels that you can exchange for the pool and beach. On grace bay beach there are umbrellas and chairs free for ports of call. The area will call a cab for you wherever you’re headed which is also super nice. Free rum punch upon check in. Also nice. Super close to the grocery store and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like as much was the room service, it is every 3 days and in between guests unless asked. Even when asked it’s not a full clean just to make the bed and take leftover towels. We often had to ask for towels every other day when they got sandy. I just wish that aspect was a bit better. The view isn’t horrible for the location but it’s not the Ritz by any means.

Thank you for the nice review. My apologies re your concerns re the room cleaning but like most hotels , it has been our standard for years to only change the sheets every 3 days. On the other days we simply replace amenities and change towels and of course do an overall clean.. My apolgoies if that level of service was not provided. I would appreciate you reaching out to me If your concerns were pointed out to our Front Desk or Management and not corrected quickly.

Everyone at the front desk was great but Sandy was especially helpful with getting me checked in and any questions I had. The hotel is clean and in a central location with a quick walk or golf-cart shuttle to the beach. There are towels, chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. Room was quiet and the AC worked great. Hot breakfast is included in the stay. I felt comfortable walking around in the evening to nearby restaurants and on the weekends there are plenty of people out and about.

Great hotel. The staff was friendly, it was clean and close to everything, you could literally walk to where you were going. Aldo breakfast is served daily. My only con would be that there are no elevators. I highly recommend this facility, if you’re heading to TCI

Thank you for the wonderful review. I agree that it would be nice if we had elevators but they are not common on three storey strctures in the Caribbean. As such we try and locate guests to a floor of their preference,

Although not as large as some of the other nearby resorts, my wife and I, along with 3 boys feel that we had a much better experience. We had everything in walking distance, including food, beach, and shops without navigating a big complex. Staff was attentive, and our stay in one of the villas was more than ample in room. Wesley, one of the staff, kept our favorite beach spot ready and always helped set up our activities quickly.

Highly recommend. Less than 5min walk to the beach and still included beach chairs and umbrella and towel for guests. Clean, nice rooms, clean pool area. Friendly staff. Shuttle to and from airport and to beach I’d you want it. Breakfast included, has its own complex of some shops and restaurants and also close proximity to others, as well as a grocery store. Well worth it!

Loved our stay! The lobby is open, airy and clean. The lobby desk ladies were always smiling, happy and helpful. The breakfast ladies were so nice to me and helpful when I needed a coffee before they were open. We left our room before 8 each day and returned by noon to nap during the hottest part of the day. Our room was clean and sand free every single day. I have zero complaints about this place. The hallways are open, and always clean. It was not loud, it was quiet and relaxing. They gave fresh towels each day. The area is super cute, the beach where you will be 90% of your time is literally a 3 minute walk or a short zip up the road with their cart.

Ports of Call is a clean, reliable, friendly option for families looking to stay in Grace Bay. Conveniently located a very short walk both from the beach, as well as an excellent supermarket (the rooms have mini fridges). Ports of Call staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices are Significantly Less than what you will pay at an oceanfront resort, and the small size lends a more chill vibe. Breakfast included in the rate, is simple but adequate.
