Friendly and warm welcoming by Ms. Flo! She was very helpful with recommendations and directions. Some parts of the resort are under construction, but pretty quiet nonetheless! We just landed so we have some exploring to do!

I am presently at the ports of call and I am having another wonderful time. After my over 20 visits over the years it is wonderful to be home where I am treated like family by all the wonderful staff. I am pleased to see the resort has been nicely renovated which gives a refreshing look with new tiling in the rooms, walkways and pool deck and new doors for the rooms- looks amazing. The management and staff here are doing a fantastic job at the cleaning and sanitizing process on the resort, they even provide sanitizers and masks in room. The weather as usual is good around this time and the beach is lovely. I enjoy my evenings at the bar with Watson and Joseph who makes the best rum punch. Flo, Martime and Sandy are so friendly and helpful at the desk. The housekeepers do a fantastic job with the room and are so polite. Taiwayne and Jhovaine from the management team are excellent. I visit Turks and Caicos for the beauty and whenever I do I always stay at Ports of Call resort for the service and the friendly staff.

I have been to the Ports of Call approximately 8 times. Every trip is without disappointment. Cleanliness is a 10 out of 10. The staff are great and most accommodating. The owners (Wendy and Dale) take personal pride in the operation and the guest experience. Every time we go, we talk with other guests who are so impressed. We'd also like to share with you that during the hurricanes 2 years ago, Dale and Wendy opened the resort to house staff that lost their homes and to extra first responders. AMAZING UPGRADES I am returning to stay at Ports of Call in November and am so looking forward to seeing the upgrades they have done to the resort as posted on Social Media. Great to hear that they kept all their staff employed throughout the lockdown. Looking forward to interacting with the staff and once again enjoying a resort what I believe is the best value in Grace Bay. I'd highly recommend you going there for a fabulous beach vacation. Very safe and 25 restaurants within 1/2 mile. See you there.

Im here with my family and I have a 6 and 3 yr old. Staff was rude and told my kids that they are noisey. This is during the day, during a pandemic when the hotel is practically empty. They are kids on vacation that are excited and are having fun, screaming, laughing and singing loudly. The room are also full of mosquitoes, we have to ask to have the room sprayed daily and still. This after having to get our room changed because the tv and fridge didnt work. They also had put us on a second floor with no elevator and expected us to go down with a stroller and beach toys etc and just carry it. We had to request the room change.

I am sorry that you have some concerns with your stay. I am presently off island but have spoken to our Manager who reports that you had already been moved to a ground floor unit. Apparently you did not request a ground floor unit and all our guests are presently being placed on the 2nd floor as we are renovating the pool area. I understand that you were also given an upgraded room at no additional cost. You are right about the mosquitoes. everyone on the island experiences issues with them this time of year but we have been spraying to eliminate the issue. I am told that we have been very cooperative with the children and even helped setup a birthday party. We did receive a few complaints from guests about the children making noise so we had to discuss it with you. Hopefully the rest of your stay will be more enjoyable.
