We've stayed at Ports of Call every year for 5 years now. It's like arriving home to see old friends. The STAFF is incredible. Keeshia, Johavine, Watson and numerous others from Maintenance workers to the ladies who prepare breakfast every day we couldn't ask for a more

We booked this spot relatively late in the season, and were very pleased with the location. The property was not somewhere one would necessarily 'hang out', but a perfect spot to call home base. A massive grocery store is right beside it and the beach is a stone's-throw away.

Incredibly gracious an accommodating front desk staff put the polish on this care-worn venue located directly across the driveway from one of the island's largest and best-known dive operators. Prices feel steep for what the rooms offer, but if you're here primarily for diving,

Thank you for the positive comments on our location and friendly staff. Surpised you felt the resort was care-worn as you will see from our other reviews that the majority of our guests praise us for for our regular upkeep of the resort. Please email us where you felt improvement was requiredand we will look into.

We spent another lovely 4 nights last week in Turks and Caicos Islands. The weather was perfect, the sand was glorious and the food in the Turks should not be missed. We stayed at Ports of Call again, because not only are the accommodations fine, but they give returning guests

Thank you for taking the time to submit such a great, detailed review. I am sure potential guests will appreciate it. My apologies that other island guests were loud at the beach. for a few hours. Unfortunately we ( nor any other resort on the island) do not own our beach area and guests at villas and islanders are allowed to use any open space. All we can do is control the activity on our own resort chairs /umbrella area.

Is 5 days 4 nights long enough?
I think it was just right for what we needed and had time for. I would like to go back maybe stay longer but if not, would be ok with 4 nights again.

Unless you stay in a hotel that offers free breakfast expect to pay around $40 plus per meal.

I typically was awake each morning around 4:30 or 5:00 am and saw the security guards walking the property each day. I am not sure why they were needed as we felt super safe everywhere we went.

Hi sorry for the delay in responding. Yes there is a small gym with loads of free weights, a cross trainer, treadmill and a bike and a couple of weight machines. Small but husband says it has everything you need, and he is a PT.

You do not have to pay for the umbrella and chair, when you approach the beach the attendant will set it up for you. I found some already set up whenever I went to the beach. It's a lovely stretch of beach next to the 5* Seven Seas and future Ritz Carlton.
