We stayed in the villas and they are amazing! The concierge was absolutely amazing during pre-planning and the entire trip! He was very kind, organized, and attentive! He exemplifies what a concierge should be! Our personal chef was phenomenal! She catered to my vegetarian needs exceptionally well, while keeping the other guests well fed too! The housekeeping staff was amazing too! They helped us decorate and made sure to ask me everyday what time I wanted service! The cabana staff was also great! We had a great beach day with a cabana and the staff made sure we had everything we needed! Even the management made sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed throughout our entire stay! Amazing trip for friends, couples, or families! Love the culture, staff, and accommodations!

The Wymara is a five star hotel run by a first-rate team. The photos don't lie - it's a beautiful property. And the team running things is attentive and lovely. Ambience: We were three friends looking for a relaxing getaway. This hotel tends to attract couples and adult groups; there were a couple famlies but generally speaking it was mainly adults. This was exactly what we were looking for as the beach and pool areas were generally quiet and calm, without any rowdy partying crowds. And the beach is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect white sand, not a string of seaweed to be seen, and crystal clear blue waters. The pool area is also very nice and very clean. Only one morning did we have trouble grabbing chaises at the pool, and the staff kindly kept us posted for when ones opened up in the afternoon. Food: The breakfast buffet is included and has a good assortment of options: eggs to order, hot bar (potatoes, bacon, roasted vegetables, etc.), pastries/breads, cereals, and proteins (smoked salmon, turkey). We had two dinners at the restauarnt, Stelle, and both were excellent. Items are labeled to note seven different food allergies, which was a huge relief to my friend with a severe dairy allergy. Cocktails are also yummy, and the staff are willing to accomodate your modifications. Want your margarita on the rocks, light on the mix, with three limes? They'll get it exactly right and remember your specifications when you order a second. Room: Rooms are very clean and well kept. Bathroom is stocked with high quality Aesop amenities. They were also happy to accomodate my friend's crazy request for six extra pillows because apparently she sleeps in a cocoon of down feathers. We stayed in the two-queen room which was larger than your average American hotel room. The ocean views were incredible to wake up to each morning. Only thing missing was a balcony; it appeared a few rooms didn't have them so heads up to specify that when booking if it's imporant to you. Ultimately we spent so little time in the room that it wasn't a big deal. COVID: All staff that I interacted with was wearing a mask, and there was hand sanitizer readily available around the property. Because almost everything was outside, it was a mixed bag with guests. You were required to wear a mask when indoors at the breakfast buffet, but not when seated at your table. Some guests wore masks while walking back to thier rooms (through outdoor hallways) or moving throughout the property, but everything was outdoors and I felt very safe my entire stay. They also offer complimentary rapid COVID tests daily at the hotel (results in an hour), which was very convenient since the US was requiring a negative test for re-entry at the time. One of our taxi drivers also noted that 60% of island residents were already vaccinated (this was mid-May). Etc: Taxis are always waiting in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for heading out to dinners. Lastly, I mistakenly left an item at the hotel, and the staff left me two voicemails and a text alerting me. Unfortunately, I'd already flown home but they offered to mail it to me when their CEO would be in the US in a couple days to avoid international shipping costs. I was touched by the high level of service and so appreciative.

Beautiful resort, awesome breakfast, and good service! When you are on the beach get in Kendy’s section! He is so happy & cheerful. He always gave us great service with a huge smile. The massage therapists can also work miracles! Go for the Provo massage. We didn’t spend much time at the pool because the beach is so gorgeous. The most clear aquamarine water I have ever seen and we have traveled to A LOT of beaches. Most resorts & outdoor restaurants have mosquito spray- use it at night!

We loved the privacy at the Wymara Villas. Spacious villa, modern chic decor and incredible views! Such a gorgeous design and plenty of space for couples or families. The service was excellent and the villa manager on duty was always quick to fulfill any requests. Food delivered from Stelle at the main resort was fabulous and plentiful options if you are vegan or vegetarian. Although they are not on Grace Bay Beach, you’ll be mesmerized by the beauty of the cliff side location! The turquoise water views are spectacular! Highly recommend staying at the villas if you desire privacy and space.

I think this hotel has a little bit to go before it’s 5 stars. It’s a gorgeous well maintained property. The location was great since you are in grace bay but towards the end where it’s less busy. You have a more private resort outside of the huge developments (although a few planned developments looked ready to break ground) and it’s more secluded. The food was okay. Breakfast was enjoyable and they have an omelette station that was really good, but we got dinner one night and the shrimp linguine was not good. Drinks were awesome just crazy expensive. The customer service was okay. We had an issue checking in and one of the receptionists just had a hard time communicating. We don’t travel outside the United States often, and she didn’t advise of what our “card on file” was for. The resort held over $5,000 on our card that we didn’t know what was for until we went down to ask. The rooms were very nice. If the cost was more affordable we would have stayed, but we ended up leaving two days early.
