West Bay gets a 5 for doing everything really really well. From the moment we arrived everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and most importantly genuine. Why I say genuine is because that is extremely important. They are a business and they have to make customer happy but at West Bay it just felt like everyone and I mean everyone was just very genuine and that continued throughout the stay. Can’t emphasize this enough. The grounds were very nice and rooms were very comfortable. It was quieter which is nice. But they still had events. One night they had a guy on a guitar singing by the pool. I never ever felt like anyone was trying to get a tip for anything. Everyone was so so nice. Beach was wonderful. Can easily walk to a few restaurants on the beach. I hesitate to mention anyone in particular because all were great but I’d like to mention Beatrice who is one of the managers. She treats her job like West Bay is her home and wants it to always be the best it can be and making sure everyone is happy. Everything about WBC is great - the beach is top in the world, the atmosphere of the club is relaxed, and the food/drinks/service is great! We enjoyed every bit of WBC. Special thanks to Gio, Mario, Courtney, and the entire staff. THANK YOU for treating us so well. This is where you want to go on vacation if you enjoy a little privacy on the beach, beautiful grounds at the hotel, and spacious rooms. Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited West Bay Club 11 years ago for our honeymoon and loved it so much that when we finally had the opportunity to travel back to Providenciales this summer we had to return to West Bay. Once again, we absolutely loved Provo, especially our stay at West Bay Club. The hotel is beautiful and in a quiet area of the most beautiful beach we’ve been to. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite with a balcony, that was well designed and decorated. The staff, are so kind, fun, caring, and professional. Roshana welcomed us as soon as we arrived, and it felt like we had known each other for years. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and helped get us set up with a few meals and activities. She is knowledgeable and connected and an overall great person. Beatrice and her staff at the restaurant also took great care of us. She has an amazing personality and went out of her way to greet us every day and make sure to put a personal touch on our meals and stay. Roshana and Beatrice even decorated our room on our last night to celebrate our first baby on the way. The pool is wonderful and Jamard took great care of us there and at lunch. The beach is incredible and just a short walk from the pool so we could go back and forth easily and quickly. The entire stay was relaxing and it was hard to come home. My husband and I spent 9 days at West Bay Club in Turks and Caicos. We could not have been happier. The hotel was the perfect size for lots of personal attention as well as attention to detail. The front desk was available at all times to make dinner reservations elsewhere along with excursions of all kinds. Giovanni, was a perfect concierge, Beatrice was exceptional in her role as restaurant manager, and Jose at the beach restaurant was wonderful. We’ve been to many Caribbean islands and while enjoying them for the most part, this was by far not only the best island but hands down the best hotel. A breakfast buffet was included in the price for every morning. The food was always fresh, delicious, plentiful and the wait staff was superb. We were always offered whatever we wanted to be cooked for us separately if we wanted something that wasn’t on the buffet. The menus for lunch and dinner were just diverse enough to always be cooked to perfection while not too big to take away from quality and exceptional standards. We found the staff at the hotel to be very genuine. We’ve had the experience where it’s clear that staff is unhappy, overworked and just generally not treated well. That was definitely not the case at West Bay. Everyone was pleasant, enthusiastic and happy to help. We will definitely be returning to West Bay Club next year and we hope to see some of these same wonderful faces.…

There are not enough words to describe the amazing time my family (cousins) and I recently had at West Bay Club! The wonderful staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From Giovanni’s pre- arrival texts to ensure we were set to arrive, to Roshana taking care of our dinner reservations, excursions, island recommendations, and answering all of our many questions the front desk staff are amazing. Beatrice and Kayonn ensured we had a wonderful breakfast every morning. In fact, we loved the Island Style grits so much we got the secret recipe from the chef herself! Last but not least, Jose made sure all of our drink needs were taken care of….awesome bartender! The location is awesome - very quiet on the west side of the Grace Bay. West Bay Club was an incredible place to stay in TC. The staff were excellent (especially Giovanni who was the BEST), the room was impeccable with beautiful views of the beach, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. My finance and I got engaged at the resort, and while the planning was overwhelming, the staff made sure that the moment would be perfect. I planned for a photographer to discretely capture the proposal (Pennylaine Photo Studio, pennylaine@tciway.tc), and a private beach dinner hosted by the resort. As a side note, the photographer, Penny, and Elaine are an amazing team and the photos came out great. Back to West Bay Club, the staff answered every question I had along the way and made me feel confident the surprise would work out. The private beach dinner was beautiful; elegant and intimate. Our waiter, Sam I am, was so nice and welcoming, and our table was decorated beautifully under one of the resorts cabanas. The front desk staff (forget some of their names unfortunately) were beyond helpful in scheduling taxis and excursions, and the manager, Beatrice, was very accommodating and friendly. We basically didn’t need to lift a finger during the entire trip. We will certainly go back to West Bay Club in the future. In our opinion, West Bay Club is much better than most of the other resorts. The resort is lively enough that it provides comfort, but not over the top where it feels too crowded. The beach isn’t crowed because West Bay Club is situated further away from the touristy resorts, which was perfect for us. Highly recommend staying here!…

Words can not express the feeling you get from almost the entire staff. A warm friendly family type resort, where the word NO does not exist. RaShonana was fantastic and made us feel right at home. Beatrice was amazing as well, and knew more about our special diet (Kosher) than most other experts. Kisee did her best o make our stay enjoyable and put us in a room with a GREAT view. West Bay Club is an experience ! From the moment we got there the staff was very attentive and caring towards us. My girlfriend and I visited Turks & Caicos for the first time and Giovani made sure we had a wonderful time. He was very attentive and truly an awesome person. He gave us all the suggestions of the local attractions and he was constantly making sure we're having a great time, he's the man ! Beatrice was also amazing ! She made us feel at home by communicating with us & making sure we had everything we needed. The staff overall is amazing and provides a very hospitable environment !

Had an amazing stay. First time visiting and it definitely won't be the last! Front staff is exceptionally warm, helpful, attentive, friendly and organized! We had the best time ever and they helped us get everything in order with a pleasant smile each time. All other staff are wonderful, and so kind! The facility is clean, rooms smell great, food and drinks are excellent and the beach access is perfect! Special shoutout to Roshana - You've been a superstar and helped us settle in right from day one!! We will miss you very much.
