Really enjoyed my stay at the Crystal Springs beach hotel. I wanted a relaxing time away from the busy London life and this hotel was perfect for that. Lovely management and staff who always made me feel welcome on this my first Solo trip. Lovely to see the hotel handing the COVID times exceptionally well. Hopefully I will see you all again soon as I will definitely be returning when I can.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights (half board) and we had a great time. It was renovated a few years back and provides modern rooms and good facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was very tasty. The hotel is not situated very close to the centre but we didn't mind. We spent our time relaxing at the pool and the beach. It is ideal for couples and families that don't like noise and loud music etc. We definitely recommend it.

An absolutely wonderful hotel, 2nd time in visiting. The hotel and staff are beautiful. A huge thanks to the entertainment team- Luegie and team for doing the different activities that the children always loved.
The food is even better this year. The meze was a real treat also, thanks to Dona for being so lovely.
We did fantastic snorkelling again, we saw lots of lovey fish from the beach.
The reception staff are all so lovely, thanks to Chryso for sorting everything for us.
We cannot wait to return to paradise again soon.

This hotel is beautiful,the room my husband and I had was spacoius,light ,clean,large balcony on the ground floor overlooking the pool,and as we were a party of 18 all rooms were lovely. We were only b&b and we had no complaints about the food ,breakfast was everything you could ask for.Our friends were all inclusive and we didn't hear of any complaints from them. The staff go over and beyond,friendly welcoming incredibly helpful. If there was one little niggle,I would of liked the chairs on our balcony to have been little more comfortable rather than what looked liked dining chairs...but a miner irritation.
The surroundings,pool,beach and service are second to none.We will be back.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for nice and quiet place in Cyprus. Excellent service, great rooms and great all inclusive service. Hotel garden and beach is just for you as the hotel is standing alone on the edge of the city, but to city Protaras is just 10-15 minutes by bus.

There are both steps and a slope. The steps are directly down from the hotel, for the slope you go left along the coastal path a little, then right down the slope x
