We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained.. the hotel is also children friendly with a big play room that my gals go every night to play. The surroundings are peaceful...great hotel away from the buzz of the city life!

Stayed at rain tree residence in mid Dec for 4 nights. Booked the hotel due to good reviews and affordable accommodation. Staff was friendly and stay was in a pleasant neighbourhood. You can enjoy the cold Breeze in the morning from the balcony or take a walk to higher grounds in the morning for a nice view.
Breakfast was reasonable for the price of our accommodation, quality was good and but limited choices: Egg station, boiled ham and sausages, porridge, fried rice or meat dish that changes daily, cereal, bread, fruits and beverages. The downside: sleep quality affected by very firm mattresses, noise from learning center that started activities at 6 plus in the morning, as well as dogs barking in the middle of the night. (We stayed on the 2nd floor in the building next to the learning center). All good if you turn on the aircon. However, we chose to let in fresh air into our room so left the door to the balcony opened. The book concept is a good one for the young ones but as the books are in Thai, one cannot appreciate this hotel to the fullest.

Have various settings of room for different needs. Chill out place for family and friends. Clean and well maintained. Great service staff, special mention to Sopom for his friendliness and attentive to our needs. Strongly recommend.
