Had the best stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The room had an amazing view and the bed was very comfy.
They have their own restaurant attached which many Turkish foods. Loved everything I had. Definitely Will be back

Unfortunately unfriendly reception staff in the management operations side. No welcome. No one was manning the office. Room was old. Bathroom dirty. Floors sticky. We stayed for 5 nights and no one cleaned the room. Sourced our own bed and bathroom linen. Toilet paper. The only place that elevated the experience was the restaurant staff. They were friendly and area was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious. When I voiced my concerns they said it’s going to renovated in November. That’s not an excuse to take my money and provide a mouldy black bathroom and dirty room. They had 1 cleaner servicing the whole hotel.

There were good things and bad. Good were the friendly staff. Bad was the service which was bit hit and miss.
We arrived after midnight and were shown to the wrong room, which was tiny. The thought of staying in it for two weeks was depressing. Rather than settle in we decided to go out (at 1:00 am). Thankfully when we returned the mistake has been rectified ..... but it was a worrying start.
We’d recommend, if you can stretch to it, to book the superior as the standard room is really small. The cost was really reasonable so we were able to stretch to the additional.
But there were some problems with the room. We reported a broken shower and a flickering light, but nothing happened so we just did a bodge repair on the shower and kept the light off. The room wasn’t very clean, there was a used ashtray on the balcony table the floor was dirty and there were hairs in the bathroom. The cleaning schedule was inconsistent, but we found where supplies were kept and bought a couple of cleaning cloths and got on with it ourselves.
Our balcony overlooked the stage area where a guitarist played the same set, every night for the first ten days … this would have been OK but his act started at 6:00 pm ..... just at the time we’d have liked to have a little nap before going out. Oh well!
On the plus side, when I asked for an extra blanket it arrived at my room within 5 minutes. The guy that ran the bar and looked after the breakfasts was really helpful and attentive. There was always someone at reception and the staff were always friendly.
It was a real budget place, and for what we paid, we were satisfied.

We booked Mia Casa hotel 28th May - 4th June. We booked a standard double room. The photos on the website of the room are for the superior room, not the other rooms so please be aware!! When we arrived we checked in and got our keys. I must say our welcome to the hotel was very poor. Did not feel welcome at all. Our room was in a separate building to where the reception was and we was given no instructions or guidance of where our room was or even how to get in that building. We finally found it on the 4th floor (top floor) after looking on 2 separate floors. Once we entered our room, our balcony door was wide open which will become apparent shortly. The smell of drains was so bad in the room, I couldn’t even stay in here for longer than a couple of minutes, they clearly were aware of this, hence them leaving the balcony door open to air the room out, which did not work. The balcony door was made for the borrowers and you had to duck down to get on the balcony (I am 5ft 6 for reference) which was not ideal. We had paid for a double room and there was 2 single beds in this room. I tried to call down to the reception 3 times with no answer, so I went down myself and explained the situation, and asked if there was another room available. I was made to feel like it was my fault for complaining, no apology for the inconvenience and the reception guy was very rude. He advised there was 1 other room so to try that if not then tough luck. The second room had normal sized balcony doors and did not smell however they are seriously small rooms. The shower is so small, you can’t bend down in the shower or the bathroom, the bathroom light did not go off all night, the room itself was very small but it was better than the first one. This one had a double bed, but was very dated. There was only one socket for the fridge and the TV so couldn’t use both. We only had our room cleaned twice (2nd & 3rd day) but after that, no cleaning or fresh towels. The pool area is nice, not many sun loungers but it wasn’t busy so it was fine. Pool was very clean and the guys at the bar were really lovely! The breakfast was very minimal so we ate out for breakfast every day. But the normal menu is lovely, we had the four cheese pizza and chicken Kebab. When we checked out the same guy who checked us in was very rude again, he answered another call whilst we were talking to him and just took the keys off us and that was that. No thank you for your stay or nothing. I have never complained at a hotel before but I really did not enjoy this hotel. Will not be staying here again.

Arrived at 1.00 am to a lovely welcome from the night porter. Got shown to a horrendous standard double bedroom, as my sister had been to the hotel and paid for us to be upgraded we were really disappointed. The room was as clean as the housekeepers could make it under the circumstances. See the photos, the camera doesn’t lie, wardrobe propped up by pieces of cardboard, drawers were filthy, blood stains on the walls and nets, sockets hanging off the wall, half didn’t even work, charged our mobiles etc in the bathroom. 5 days after arriving and loads and of conversations between my sister and the hotel manager we were finally moved to the room my sister had paid for which I must admit was loads better. Staff were rude, apart from the housekeeping, I asked three times for a late check out with no reply, I believe the hotel manager was making life difficult, we skipped breakfast after day 1, had to pay extra for orange juice/squash, really? I could go on and on but hopefully you get the message. AVOID at all costs and go elsewhere.
