We had a lovely stay in this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights but wish we had longer - Siem Reap in general is an amazing place to visit.

Our room was lovely and big, clean, nice decor. I could say the same for the all communal areas - all very pleasant. We had breakfast included in our stay which again was nice, mainly a local selection of food rather than a typical western breakfast. We also did a 4 hour spa treatment within the hotel which was amazing and very well priced.

The staff made our stay more special as they were all so friendly! In particular the guest relations officer, Mala, was super friendly and kind! She even came and kept us company to the airport.

The location is good, it's about a 10/15 minute walk from the city center along the river. Also there's a great little restaurant just across the road called Watbo Kitchen which did the best Chicken Amok (a local dish definitely worth trying)!

I would 100% recommend this hotel

Stayed in various places throughout Cambodia and this hotel was by far my favourite. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always there for your needs. The pool/bar was a nice chill spot after a hot day of temples. The quality of the twin room was exceptional. The on-site massage service and restaurant (buffet breakfast) was also fantastic. Easy tuktuk or a hot walk into town. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

First appearances showed a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. The hotel did not disappoint, with a vast array of facilities we were thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. The spa was delightful and very reasonably priced. Pool facilities were ideal staying open until 9pm with a handy poolside bar, towels provided. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a extensive buffet for breakfast. With offers of excursions we were able to tailor our holiday to see everything we wanted at times convenient to us. Rooms were very clean and fully stocked with holiday essentials, that fitted our English plugs, small things I know. The staff were the highlight everyone was kind and extremely helpful. They went the extra mile as on the last day my partner was ill so they arranged for us to stay for half a day longer so that we could check out as close to the flight as possible, all free of charge. Truly delightful stay.

Very pleasant 4 night stay!

The room: I booked the superior king without a pool view and it was fantastic - on level 4 and it was super quiet and clean. The room was large, spacious with natural light. The bed was sooo comfy. Loved the pool area, there was only ever one or two other people there.

Breakfast: great selection of just about anything - they have a noodle station and egg station so can easily whip up vegetarian options. Dinner was just OK, but tones to eat in the area I was just too lazy to venture out some nights.

Service: amazing! Everyone (including house keepers, restaurant staff, receptionists etc) was super friendly and helpful.

Just to note in case you are traveling with another person who isn't your partner - the shower and toilet both have frosted glass doors and aren't in a separate room, so you lack privacy... just in case this might bother you
