This is a lovely place to stay with excellent staff throughout the hotel. A great restaurant and fabulous pool (salt water and very warm). Meals can be purchased at the pool as can drinks too. The road leading to the hotel is a little less inviting but for let that out you off. Good security is at the entrance. Always 2/3 tuk-tuk drivers outside to drop you anywhere locally for about 2/3$. Very friendly and polite staff at reception to help guide and assist you to anywhere you wish to go. Very highly recommended location for the Angkor tours and Not far from Pub Street.

Stayed in various places throughout Cambodia and this hotel was by far my favourite. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always there for your needs. The pool/bar was a nice chill spot after a hot day of temples. The quality of the twin room was exceptional. The on-site massage service and restaurant (buffet breakfast) was also fantastic. Easy tuktuk or a hot walk into town. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

What an experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by Pin and his team. Room was fantastic, shower is amazing. Pool was great. Close to the city, we walked it in less than 10 mins. The guided tour they organized with a guide is a bargain at $80, so worth it for the air conditioned Jeep, unlimited water and wet towels they supply. The tour guide was fantastic (regrettably, I can’t remember his name) giving us his in depth knowledge on Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Tomb Raider Temples. The food in the restaurant for dinner was also amazing. On a special note, it was my girlfriends birthday, which I had asked them to organise flowers. They coundnt have being more helpful, the whole staff came to the room with a birthday cake. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed stayed in. Fantastic!

First appearances showed a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. The hotel did not disappoint, with a vast array of facilities we were thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. The spa was delightful and very reasonably priced. Pool facilities were ideal staying open until 9pm with a handy poolside bar, towels provided. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a extensive buffet for breakfast. With offers of excursions we were able to tailor our holiday to see everything we wanted at times convenient to us. Rooms were very clean and fully stocked with holiday essentials, that fitted our English plugs, small things I know. The staff were the highlight everyone was kind and extremely helpful. They went the extra mile as on the last day my partner was ill so they arranged for us to stay for half a day longer so that we could check out as close to the flight as possible, all free of charge. Truly delightful stay.

Nearly everything was perfect! We loved the whole staff - so friendly, helpful and patient!
When we arrived we were given a double room with twin beds, but we've booked a room for 3. So they showed us our room to decide if we needed an extra bed at extra charge (we checked our reservation and indeed that was mentioned in the booking, we just didnt read carefully). To our surprise the twin beds were quite large, so was our room. So we asked if it's possible to put the beds together, because we already paid for the stay and the beds would be big enough to fit 3 girls. And yet one phonecall and 2 minutes later housekeeping was here, removed the bedside table in between and pushed the beds together. Wow no problem at all! They also gave us an extra sheet, towel and bathrobe!
After first time showering we noticed that there was no hot water. It was fixed very quick!
Everything else was clean and in best condition. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was excellent too! And prices not much overcharged - compared to tourist prices in general in Siem reap. So be aware it's not gonna be cheap at all. E. g. 1,5h drive with private car and driver to jungle temple Beng Mealea and KohKer we found someone for $90 (hotel charges u $150!) + $15 pp for temple entry tickets; 1h drive to kulen mountain $80 (at hotel) + tickets for the waterfall there $20 pp! If u also want to stop for lunch they always drop u off at a tourist priced restaurant. I think they have a bargain and get some extra money for bringing tourists. Come on i know u get ripped off as tourists, but no elsewhere so brash like here!
Anyways kudos to the entire staff and thx for everything. U made our stay in siem reap more joyful <3
