We had a lovely stay in this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights but wish we had longer - Siem Reap in general is an amazing place to visit.
Our room was lovely and big, clean, nice decor. I could say the same for the all communal areas - all very pleasant. We had breakfast included in our stay which again was nice, mainly a local selection of food rather than a typical western breakfast. We also did a 4 hour spa treatment within the hotel which was amazing and very well priced.
The staff made our stay more special as they were all so friendly! In particular the guest relations officer, Mala, was super friendly and kind! She even came and kept us company to the airport.
The location is good, it's about a 10/15 minute walk from the city center along the river. Also there's a great little restaurant just across the road called Watbo Kitchen which did the best Chicken Amok (a local dish definitely worth trying)!
I would 100% recommend this hotel

Recently stayed here and I really liked it! Had a good first impression upon arriving because the airport pickup service was really nice. My room was spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly and useful. Furthermore, the location is great! It is only about 10 minutes walking or by tuk tuk to the centre with bustling night markets and nice restaurants :) I would recommend anyone staying to take a walk along the river nearby the hotel that leads towards the centre, it was calming and interesting as you get to observe the local area. The hotel restaurant is very cute with good and affordable food. It was way better than I expected and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and splendid. Breakfast was excellent. What's more, massage was also great. Everything should be perfect but the service was awful. First day, there was no shower gel in the room and it took quite long time to us after requesting. And it was broken and we found it while taking shower. In the very next day, there was no shampoo. The counter showed no patient and we waited for new shampoo whole night. Maybe we were in bad luck.
一切都很好，早餐、按摩還有房間的設備都讓人非常喜歡！但是服務很糟糕，第一天進去的時候沒有沐浴乳，等好久洗好澡，結果送押頭壞掉的來！然後隔天洗髮精也沒有補，催好久，結果隔天才送來，當天只好用自己的洗。
我們大概運氣不好，我真的很喜歡她們的早餐。

I traveled with a group of my friends to Siem Reap and we had a great stay here. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy. This is also not too far from the city just 5 minuts tuk tuk ride.

Impressive hotel. Spacious and comfortable. Clean and i like the layout inside the room. Nice toiletries too. Tuktuk always available outside the hotel wherever you go. Very near to the old market and pub street. Many restaurants around the area too.
