A modern efficient hotel in the center of town. Brand new with all the modern equipment and facilities you expect. This is an exception in Mongolia. The Chinese restaurant is excellent and the bar/Mongolian restaurant are a pleasant local touch. The menu is very local so be courageous. The service is very friendly and attentive. Splendid breakfast with a Chinese section.

I have visited Ulanbaataar several times since 2001 and the new Shangri La really bring s UB's accommodations into the 21st Century. It is a stunning hotel with beautiful rooms and stunning public spaces. The hotel has just opened so the spa and one restaurant is not ready yet but this is without doubt the best place to stay in Ulanbaataar.

I have joined at Naadam restaurant celebrated the b.day.
The food was so delicious specially meat platter, pizza, stakes and salad.
I.ll recommend to my friends and relatives.
I have requested from reception to see the most expensive room, they showed wihoutany difficulty.

I have dinned at Cafepark lastweek the food was delicous the service is excellent. I have visited the hotel rooms veiw is amazing and neat. Keep it uppp. Next time I.ll try at Hutong restaurant for becking duck.

Both time great service. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated with normal amenities. Bathrooms have tub and walk in shower with single sink.
Did not like their restaurant options. I prefer eating at the mall across the street.
Got laundry done and clothes came back clean.
Breakfast is decent but service is poor. I think that’s a norm in Mongolia.
