Keen to stay at this hotel but reviews talk about only 1 lift and hard to get down from your room?
I have a disability so the stairs are not my 1st choice!

We've stayed at this hotel three times now. It's our first choice for staying in Phnom Penh. Centrally located near markets, river and restaurants. They have a great bar, infinity outdoor pool and gym on the upper level. Make sure you get a balcony view room, if you wake early like myself (4am) it's a wonderful experience to sit on the balcony and watch the markets setup.

Room Tip: Get a balcony view room - lovely to sit and watch the hustle of the markets

The location is excellent. The breakfast is good, the rooms are nice. It was a bit odd that a picture window was between the bedroom and shower but there was a rolling shade to block the view of the bathroom. The rooftop pool area was a favorite hang out; especially with 2 for 1 beer specials. WiFi was very strong.

The room we were allocated was on the 10th floor with beautiful views over the confluence of the 4 rivers that met in Phnom Penn and the city. Spectacular sun rises greeted us both mornings.
The pool and sky bar on the 11th floor has amazing views over the city and a welcome retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The pool is big and refreshingly cool.
Breakfasts were not all that good as compared with the spreads we had become accustomed to in Vietnam.
The bed was very hard so much tossing and turning ...

+1
Great hotel. Well located, clean rooms, friendly professional staff and a good breakfast. The roof top pool is a great asset and has superb views. The water is a bit on the cold side, so be brave!
Don't loose your room key however as they charge you $5. Luckily the chambermaid found mine in the corridor. They are key cards too so really not sure why?
Easy to reach all the sites and central market with some local restaurants and bars within easy reach.
Tuk Tuks readily available outside the door and a transfer to the airport is just $15. Leave plenty of time though. The traffic is horrendous and I nearly missed my flight.
I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it is a nice place and one again another hotel that has such potential. Understandably due to the markets outside the door step there are flies and bugs around. however finding ten insects in your bed as soon as you enter the room as well as toe nail clippings is unacceptable. The rooms are infested by ants and small insects. the wooden interior of the rooms makes it hard to manage but some bug spray would be a great place to start. I requested to change rooms and sprayed the room myself. Breakfast has a limited range. The butter packet I was eating from has mould all over the bottom- thank goodness I stopped eating once I realised and took it straight to the staff. Small things that could easily be avoided. On a bright note, there is a nice roof top bar.

You wait for the elevator. Maybe get a room on the floor above the lobby so you at least are at breakfast area level.
