We stayed here for 2 nites on a friend recommendation. It's a small hotel with a nice roof top pool ...but a strange entrance, next to the market. Room is pretty decent,nothing fancy but clean... suffice. The rate comes with free Wi-Fi n breakfast...again decent. It's close to the Riverside where the bars and eateries are ...within walking distance. The only setback I could think of is that it's close to a wet market ..so sometimes you would encounter some unpleasant smell...

I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, staff lovely and friendly. The pool bar was lovely as was the restaurant on the rooftop. Great views overlooking the water at night. Nice food, nice breakfast. My only negative review was the lift. It took ages to get the lift. One lift for all the hotel. We waited a good 20 minutes to get it. In the end we had to walk to our room. Shattering. 2 minute walk to the sea front. Plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Great location.

I found the Harmony Hotel to be an excellent base for a trip to Phnom Penh.
The location is perfect, close to the Riverfront bars and restaurants but set back in a quiet road with no through traffic to minimise the noise. The hotel is recently built with clean, modern rooms and very nice bathrooms. Wifi is free and fast. Breakfast selection is adequate and similar to most other hotels in Cambodia. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English.
I arrived from the airport at 11am - the reception staff initially said I couldn't get a room until 2pm but they got a room ready by 1pm. They also upgraded me to a much bigger room then I'd booked which had very nice bathroom and shower.
The only criticism I would make is that the rooms are not sound-proofed very well so you can hear TV's and conversation from neighbouring rooms. This is a common problem with hotels in this part of the world.
I was very happy with the great service I received from the hotel and will definitely stay here again when returning in Phnom Penh.

Harmony Phnom Penh is a great location for anyone staying in Phnom Penh for a short period of time and wanting to explore the city. The hotel is located just back from the river and in close walking distance to lots of the main sights, restaurants, the night market and the main bus station. There are also plenty of tuk tuk drivers at the door for anyone wanting to go further afield.
The room was very modern and clean with a big bathroom and awesome shower.
The rooftop pool and bar have a fantastic view of the city and is a great spot as the sun goes down,
The staff at reception were very friendly and recommended and helped us to book a day trip to S21 and the killing fields.
Overall, Harmony Phnom Penh was perfect for our quick stay in the city.
The room was very modern and clean with a big bathroom and awesome shower.
