The hotel is a convenient place to stay as it appears to locate in the heart of the city and near the famous market, Pshar Tmey. This makes life easier when one wants to go places. The staff members are reasonably nice and helpful. The room is confortable and provided the necessary resting place one needs to start a new day. Although I wish the price is lower for ordinary folks visiting Cambodia, I still consider it is affordable for people staying on a short-term basis.

for just as little as 25 $ you can have a clean, equipped and comfortable room, just a few hundred meters from the Central Market, right on Monivong Boulevard. Some rooms ( the cheaper ones) have no windows, but after all, there is nothing spectacular in the neighborhood rooftops ( except when some sino-cambodians do their tai-chi in the morning on their balconies, very funny !) or in traffic-ridden Monivong Boulevard. Breakfast is included in the price, nothing transcendental, but at least they have fresh fruit, coffee, eggs and toasts. Every room has a safe. Bath tubes are OK. Parking space is often full, but the friendly guys outside will always find a place for your vehicle.

This hotel is not very central to the riverside or Basaac Street (where the bars and restaurants are) so does require a Tuk Tuk. There were limited places such as massages nearby as well however close to the central market, supermarkets and ATM. I enjoy getting the Tuk Tuk so for me it wasn't much of an issue.
The windows are definitely not noise proof and lots of outside noise comes through the window so bring ear plugs if things an issue for you.
The carpets are stained throughout the hotel (pictured) and the hotel is situated near some dark alleys and were advised that people had phones and watches snatched from outside this hotel. Nothing happened to me.
The buffet breakfast has limited options but does change daily. There were no pastry options like other hotels we have stayed at.
My room did not have hot water even though I had turned on the hot water switch. This was not ideal after getting rained on.
The hotel does not have a pool but does have a useful gym on the 3rd floor. It also has a communal balcony located outside of the lifts (pictured).
