The room was nice, the breakfasts were very good, and the hotel is in a good location. Turn left out the front door and you're at a market, turn right and your across the road from the Tonle Sap river. There are several cafes and restaurants (including an ice cream shop and the Blue Pumpkin)

Room Tip: Our room had a small balcony. We could see the river, the market and the monsoon storm

The first room we were given her stank of smoke, but we were quickly moved to a non smoking room which was much larger, although the air con didn't work well. This was quickly solved when the maintainance man cleaned the filter. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, safe box and hairdrier.
The bathroom was modern with a shower over the bath. All was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was good, Eastern and Western food served in a lovely open terrace dining room.
Dinner was not fantastic, but there are lots of great restaurants nearby.
The swimming pool is good, although it doesn't open very early in the morning, towels are supplied.
There is a charge for wifi, computers are available in the lobby.
The hotel is close to the shops, bars, esplanade, and Royal Palace.

This is a big busy hotel which seems to be quite popular. This is my second stay and it is good value for money. The room this time was on the 2nd floor directly above the local markets. It was noisy with market noises during the morning and in the evening the music from the local club. It was not a real problem but the room was much noisier than the previous room which was on the same floor but facing the river.
Staff are friendly and the breakfast was more than adequate.

I will ask for a room on a higher floor next time and would not waste my money requesting a balcony.

Great location opposite the river with many restaurants and cafes adjacent. The breakfast room is small and when they have a tour group it is crowded however there is additional seating around the pool. Rooms facing the street may be noisy.

Very friendly staff. Very efficient and helpful. Central location for tourists to access. Rooms nice and roomy and good facilities. Good wifi and swimming pool is a bonus. Front desk staff very good customer services provided to tourists who need assistance.

Tip : book early, ask for a room with a view. Try 6th floor
