Last January 4, I have atttended a birthday party. It was located here. I wasn't really expecting much of the place, but as we entered the pavillion area, I was amazed. The party theme is Hello Kitty. The place is full of pink balloons table cloths and Hello Kitty formed balloons! It was every girl's dream Hello Kitty party. Everything was pink and white. As I entered the event room, I was welcomed by a Hello Kitty shaped balloon arc. There are Hello Kitty Tarpaulins and the stage is decorated with baby blue and baby pink cloth and balloons. It also has a bubble machine that emits bubbles on stage. The food is good. The roast beef with mushroom sauce is superb! Even the cake is really cute. I really had a great time even I'm an adult. The clowns are funny but the jokes are somewhat for adults. The waiters and waitresses are nice and accommodating.
After the event, a lot went swimming. The wave is so big that the people who swim are really squealing for fun. The wave looked like the natural one.
The overall experience is great! I just rated this as "Very Good" because of the clowns.

Every summer, we try to go out and enjoy the lenten season by going out of town and stay for a night or two in a resort. We found Klir Water resort online as one of the recommended destinations in Bulacan. We reserved a dormitory room for 3 days and 2 nights. We were all excited by our newly found summer destination but then we experienced so many terrible occurences that I would like to enumerate: 1. I paid the reservation fee through BPI. I emailed the transaction receipt and explicitly asked for a confirmation, but then they never bothered to respond. We had to call them again to check if they received the payment. 2. Prior to going to the resort, we dropped by the Divine Mercy Shrine. We advised them that we will check in late (check in is at 2 PM). We arrived at approx 3:30 PM. But even so, we had to wait for 30 more mins because the rooms were not ready yet. 3. We were asked to pay the full amount. A first in our whole outing experience. 4. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a so called marketing Manager who instead of asking us, their guests, about the reservation that we made, she made a tactless comment to the front desk to check the reservation before saying yes, ignoring the fact that we are just beside her. 5. When we checked the room, there were no toiletries, no side tables and chairs, tissue, and there were so many mosquitoes. All these things that we need and should be provided per room should be asked individually in order for them to provide it. 6. We stayed in a dormitory for 6 people, but free swimming tickets were just for 3. We had to pay the other occupants if they wanted to swim. This was also the case for the free breakfast. 7. Our first night was ruined by the fact that there was no water. The pipelines for the hotel were damaged and yet the hotel staff did not even bother to inform the guests about the problem. They gave conflicting information, saying the somebody is fixing it now, we are calling them now and they (the plumbers) are on their way. The truth came out. The plumbers arrived at approx. 5:30 AM. They cannot fix the pipes since the parts were not available. They managed to came up with a solution at around 4:30 PM. 8. The chaos dealt by the lack of water for almost a day was coupled by the fact that there were not potable water in the hotel. 9. With this in mind, we were never compensated in any kind or form, but instead we were passed around by their managers and supervisors to let the people under them absorb all the frustrations that we are feeling towards the hotel experience. 10. At around 7 AM of the 3rd day, someone slipped a pink slip "reminding us" that it is "expected" that we need to check out before 12 Noon. Maybe we were just there in a bad time.

NO GENERATOR - The horror of having NO generator means NO wavepool, NO water in the shower, NO aircon in the hotel, NO fans in the canteen. Some of my friends are already in the shower when the electricity went out. Some have soaps in their body and the water suddenly runs out as well. My grandmother in the hotel is already pissed because it is already hot inside the room. And to make it worse, the management didn't do anything!!!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - the management and all staff needs to undergo training. A lot of their customers are complaining and they didn't even bother to exert an effort to do nor think of a way to ease the situation.

The staff are very very helpful and friendly, thumb ups..!! . The room and bathroom are okay. We didn't try the pool coz it has been raining non stop. The bad thing is you need to have your own car to get there or get a tour package. The place is more like a retreat centre or for a company team building. Taxi or Grab from the airport won't get you there. I hired a private cab from the airport and paid double the price which is p2600. There are also no Grab or taxi servicing the area. You need to ride a tri-cycle to get around and the traffic is bad plus non stop raining. Going back to Manila, you need to catch a bus at the transport terminal. The resort don't provide airport transfer as published on its website. At the resort, the is no cafeteria or restaurant. But you can order delivery from either KFC, Chow King or Jollibee, subject to availability. They is a small convinient shop at the resort. I noticed for 2 nights a group of teenage Koreans eating instant noodles. If you get what I mean. Breakfast delivered every morning to the room was cold and so so. Overall, is was a good experience. But I would think twice before going there again.
