This is by far, the best hotel in the area of North Germany/South Denmark!
We stayed at a Premium Doubleroom from Friday to Saturday and I can honestly say, that there's nothing at all, that wasn't satisfactory. Everything, from the moment we stepped inside, to departure was explicit. The service was of high standard both at the restaurant, the reception and in the Wellness Lounge. Very spacious rooms, very elegantly equipped, light and with an atmosphere suited perfectly to the location.
Thank you so much for a pleasant stay, it was a dream! Cannot wait to come back..

Stayed there during march, nice place and great location for walking along the sea and marina closely. Bar and restaurant quiet but really nice. Great staff.

We have stayed bere once a year for some years.
The different rooms that we have been given are generous, warm and scandinavia-delightful.
There is a tangible friendliness from arrival to departure.
Our dog comes too. She is always treated to 2 bowls, one with water and another with dog-bisciuts in a small bag with a ribbon.
Dinners have been exceptional with delicious wines and wonderful breakfasts.with complimentary champagne, should one need it.
We have yet to find anywhere better.

Stayed there one night when visiting a supplier and making a reference visit at a facility. The hotel resides a bit outside Flensburg, but is fairly easy to find and is less than 50 meters from the baltic sea.
The reception is well-functioning, with quick check-in (most here speaks German, English and Danish) and good service. The 3rd floor room I got, was decorated in what I would call the Scandinavian summer cottage style, with white walls and interior and whitewashed woodwork. The bathroom was spotlessly clean as the rest of the room and the amenities plentiful and of good quality.
Sleep quality is excellent with a good comfort down and a good mattress, so who can ask for more.
The bar/coffee salon is a nice place to unwind with either a coffee or one of the excellent local beers. Even during wintertime, which is not the most busy season the hotel was well visited.
On the downside is an apparent malfunctioning ventilation system, which to my nose left an unpleasant smell of stale food and years of cooking. This is not becoming when all other parts of the hotel signifies cleanliness, bright summer days and fresh air.

For the second time we visited this lovely spot at the Flensborg Fjord. This time a little out of season, but nevertheless still good possibilities for a long walk, bicycling and for just enjoying a relaxing time with a glass of wine in the sun at the "strand bar" in a "strandkorb".
Room and facilities very nice, breakfast buffet absolutely excellent. Dinner card was okay but the food not as good as last visit, however okay compared to price. But don't by a wine menu in advance - it is not worth the money.
Staff really service minded and being quiet and invisible around you at dinner table to serve you.

Room Tip: Enjoy a room with a sea view. Really nice to wake up looking at the sea.
