Been here for four nights with my family. Except for the lack of air conditioning , everything was really good. The room was spacious, comfortable, there is a convenient groceries store downstairs and the gym is pretty good too
The overall vibe of this hotel is modern and minimal, which is why I booked it. A great concept, but the customer service is lacking, the cleaning service is minimal to say the least, and the room has no light or air conditioning. There was construction going on across the street, and since there was no A/C we had to keep the windows open at all times and endure the annoying loud construction since 8 am in the morning. It was not fun. I promise you can find a better place than this one.
We have just returned from a short break in Copenhagen. We chose stay for its proximity to the city. I have mixed feelings as the apartments are ok . A bit too stark like living in an IKEA showroom but at least the kitchen is well equipped. The room are clean, they have a gym, and breakfast is great.
The downside is that the rooms were very warm and we couldn’t adjust the temperature and it got very hot at night to the point we couldn’t sleep. The place is still a construction site so plenty of health and safety issues whilst walking around plus the noise is terrible especially when it starts at 6.30 in the morning.
They have a nice supermarket nearby, some restaurants and you can travel to and from the city centre via bus number 250S.
The team are very friendly and welcoming.
This by far is the largest and best studio apartment I've ever stayed in. Apart from the size of our room it had a balcony with a water view, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer and ample storage space. In respect to location there are restaurants, grocery stores and a major shopping plaza within walking distance. We utilised the hop on hop off bus which had a stop about a 10 minute walk away near the shopping plaza across the foot bridge. Each of the reception staff we communicated with were all polite and helpful.
We stayed with some friends for some days. Initially we were excited by the design, our apartment was very spacious and we were lucky to get a view towards the water (a window was covering the whole wall!!). The curtains kept the room dark too! There is a small balcony. The room is quite equipped with different machines and cutlery and we were happy on that aspect. However, there are different things that could have been better:
- the kitchen utensils were dusty
- light switches are confusing
- slow internet connection
- uncomfortable chairs
- bathroom door was not closing properly, there are no spots to leave/place personal stuff, nowhere to place the toiletries inside the shower
- few power sockets around the room
The location is ok, it was consciously made and we accept the "distance" to the city center. We can't comment for the housekeeping services, as we were in the room when they came (just tidied the basics with our permission and provided clean towels and extra toiletries).
The staff behaved politely and were helpful. There is a small market just 30m. from the hotel. It is slightly expensive though (the market).
