A create itinerary n case you want to travel across the coast of Croatia.

  • 1. Split
    Split, Split-Dalmatia County

Fly into Split, Croatia and spent not more than 1-2 days in Split. Visit the old town and stroll to the town. Via the Ferry Terminal hop on a Ferry to Hvar. The ferry is about 10 USD and it will take you about 2 hours. When you arrive on the island you are arriving in Stari Grad. There are buses which take you to the heart of Hvar. The bus is about 5-7 USD

  • 2. Hvar Island
    Hvar Island, Split-Dalmatia County

You are on the great island of Hvar. Also here stay 1-2 days. Besides visiting the town I recommend to do the following:
    - Rent a small boat and go to the more quiet areas to swim and relax
    - Go to the clubs at night or at any of the party islands
Gon the the Ferry from Hvar to Korcula which is about 6 USD

  • 3. Korcula Island
    Korcula Island, Dubrovnik-Neretva County

Very nice island with a medieval town. 1 days for visiting this town should be enough. There is cocktail bar in one of the ancient city towers. If your not afraid of heights you should visit it.
From Korcula take a ferry to Mjet for about 7 USD. Note that you actually take the Ferry to Polace on Mljet. Make sure you book this ticket in time as this ferry continues to Dubrovnik and it is quickly full

  • 4. Mljet Island
    Mljet Island, Dubrovnik-Neretva County

Between Korcula and Dubrovnik you find the island of Mljet. In my opinion the real pearl of the Dalmatian coast. This island is not full of tourist and have great nature. You can rent a mountainbike for about 10-15 EUR per day and bike around the national park.
On this island you will find crystal clear waters! The admission to the park is about 16 USD per day.
Take the ferry from Mljet to Dubrovnik for about 8 USD. Note that there are only a few ferries and you cannot book the tickets in advance. Tickets are sold in Polace/ Mljet directly at the terminal. Very easy to get and book on the day of departure.

  • 5. Dubrovnik
    Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik-Neretva County

Visit Dubrovnik for a few days. Its a very nice town but in summers very crowded. Make sure you are early when you visiting the city walls. Walk around the harbor at night for nice atmospheres. I recommend this guest house, Family Stanos, private accommodation,
