The Menu Connect Subscription Tweak You Need to Make Now It takes a minute, and it’s game-changing. Have a Menu Connect subscription? Here’s a very important reminder for a task that takes less than a minute but means everything to your business. In order for your business details to appear on your Google Business Profile (formerly called Google My Business, or GMB) account, a Tripadvisor GMB user must be assigned as an “Owner” on your listing. If your account doesn’t have a Tripadvisor GMB user assigned as an “Owner,” your business details are not being connected to Google. Here’s how to get it done:
- Navigate to your location in the Google My Business platform

- Select “Owner”
- Click “Done”

You need a strong brand presence online, not just in real life, to be able to stand out from the competition. That’s where online reputation management comes in. What is online reputation management? It’s the process of understanding, analyzing, and actively building your brand anywhere anyone says anything about you online. This means your owned online properties, like your website and social media pages, but also review sites like Tripadvisor and other online communities where your business is mentioned.
