Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) is the one of two airports serving Tel Aviv and surrounding areas. The airport is Israel’s primary international airport, and serves as a hub for El Al, Arkia Airlines and Israir Airlines. Ben Gurion is located about 19 km (12 miles) southeast of downtown Tel Aviv. Dozens of airlines fly from the airport, offering non-stop flights to other destinations in Israel, as well as to cities in Asia, Europe, Africa and North America.
