"We flew from Lanzarote to Rome and the flight was terrible---from boarding to deplaning ---we paid for priority boarding and that was a fiasco---Vueling doesn't use boarding gates but instead you have to walk from the bus to the boarding ramp---everyone pushes and shoves to get onboard---when on board the air stewardesses don't care what you do---a number of passengers filled out the priority seats for which they didn't pay for and then they pull the curtain and don't you dare interrupt them----too busy socializing---can't even use the washroom!!!"

"Not economy paid extra for premium service No children are allowed in the front row, the front row is not normally occupied due to the cost.However after the door was closed the stewardesses brought a couple with two children to occupy the front seat,then during the flight the whole staff including the flight deck crew all visited the family,the cockpit door was always open,and the children were playing on the seat and the floor,causing difficulties for passengers trying to access the toilet.The family and children totally ignored the seatbelt signs,and were not advised as other people were..On our return home I emailed them at customer service,and after three attempts,no reply was forthcoming.It would seem likely that they were related,or had other connections."
