"Bad points....uncomfortable seats....cattle market check in procedures at Sofia (they use terminal 1 which is very dated and limited in its facilities)....the priority boarding is chaotic in Valencia and Alicante, but OK ish at Sofia...ridiculous inability to bag drop over 2 hours before flight making use of lounges a waste of money (even when desk says open for all flights !) Punctuality getting worse."
