Arriving in Hilton Head

Flights to Hilton Head are easier to find than you may think. The island is home to Hilton Head Island Airport with daily express flights to the beach community.

Airfare to Hilton Head is even more affordable when you consider the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, the destination of non-stop service from over 17 U.S. cities. Hilton Head Island Airport offers quick and convenient access to any point on the island within 15 minutes in a taxi or rental car. The Savannah/Hilton Head Airport, a 40-60 minute drive from the island, offers numerous food and shopping experiences as well as a business center with complimentary internet access.

Getting Around Hilton Head

Cheap flights to Hilton Head are even more affordable when you consider how inexpensive it can be to get around the resort town. The small island is very accommodating to bicycling, a method that offers visitors a healthy alternative means of transportation.

Taxis and rental cars are still available when needed, but public transportation is limited. The Lowcountry Regional Transportation Authority offers transportation off the island, but the schedules are limited.

Main Attractions in Hilton Head
