My Blue Hotel Questions & Answers

Cape Town Central, South Africa

Hi. We will be arriving at My Blue hotel next week and are so excited! Can anyone recommend a day trip they took? We will probably on have time for one day trip so would like to do the best? Also any idea of costs? Can you also let us know what the malaria risk is like this time of year? We will be taking tablets but want to know how extreme we have to be? Must we wear all long sleeved in the evenings etc? Thank you in advance!

Goodmornig,

about malaria don't worry my opinion :don't take any tablest because most of the time the cure is much worst than taking malaria, you will be spoil your holiday.

About excursion the beach boys are not safe they don't have any insurance and safety, most of the time police stop the bus and the guest can't enjoy the excursion.

for my opinion the best is Safari blue full day on the both, snorkling, and special seafood lunch in a fantastic island.

On your arrival you can meet our excursion staff, they will give you more information and price.See you soon

As cabin crew for a global airline we are advised not to take malaria tablets but to follow simple rules like using repellent and cover yourself at dusk....

U should always take Malaria tablets. Rather safe than sorry.

The Spice Tour combined with a visit to Stone Town is highly recommended. It would cost about 50 US dollars

Don't worry about malaria. I haven't got any medicine. Most of the time the cure is much worst than taking malaria. The village is more than safe. No mosqhuitos there. However any normal spray repellent is enough, for your tranquillity.

For the daily excursion the beach boys are much better than the My Blue Hotel. They are safe, very professional and kind. And less expencive.

We had a great experience with them
